Primary Purpose of the Position
1) Lead a $132M P&L in 2024 growing to $166M by 2028 for Asean Consumer OE business with Focus on team of professionals on key account management for Global and Regional OEMs with full P&L responsibility.
2) Provide strategic direction for all activities leading to achieving the AOP, as well as defining long term profitable and sustainable growth strategies and KPIs for Asean Consumer OE business linked to AP 1-2-3 Vision.
3) Guide, drive alignment and execution of Asean specific country OE strategy to support both Asean and AP OE Strategy and Objectives
4) Improve the company's profitability by achieving the targeted topline and bottom-line objectives linked to AP 1-2-3 Goals
5) Responsible for all aspects of OE business management: Business Development, Planning, Monitoring program development and OE business financial performance by collaboration with cross-functional teams not limited to Tech Centers, AP regional team and other AP clusters and countries for business strategy and project alignment.
6) Interact with management team of OE accounts at senior level proactively to build strong relationship between 2 parties
7) Lead and develop high-performing OE account team in Asean with coaching, support and retention of key talents
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
1.1) Understand customer strategy and pipeline in Asean countries to identify risks and opportunities for Asean cluster
1.2) Develop Goodyear OE strategy and plan w/ value proposition to win the TMS and targeted customer in Asean cluster
1.3) Lead and set up the mid and long-term business plan (DP, SOP, AOP and 5-year plan) as per aligned OE strategy with close collaboration of cross-functional team for the execution.
2.1) Full participation of PCP process with pre-alignment with cross-functional team and leadership team on product portfolio selection, project and pricing strategy, financial target and resources allocation and priority with reasons to believe.
2.2) Attend cross-functional team meetings at country or cluster level to understand all elements with impact to overall business including DP, SOP, SUB, MOR, Rvs4C, AOP Business Review and etc.
3.1) Lead Country account team to have account plan aligned and implemented to deliver the sales volume and financial target as per PCP gate 2 approval and 5-year plan by frequent customer visits and communications.
3.2) Attend weekly and monthly Cluster and SOP meetings to monitor OE business indicators and performance with preventive and corrective action plan to be taken actively.
4.1) Develop strong customer relationships & partnerships with key stakeholders of different functions at senior level of OEMs.
4.2) Identify key business opportunities and build strategic partnership to drive business growth between 2 parties.
4.3) Identify business risks by understanding customer potential business strategy change and market intelligence analysis.
5.1) Develop SMART goals and Individual Development Plan for team members and have regular performance and development reviews of each team member to drive the high performing OE account team by leadership, recognition and coaching.
5.2) Energize the team by building a transparent, mutual trust, respectful, diversified and inclusive team culture.
Experience
1) Above 10 years of proven B2B sales and account management experience in MNC and a track record of working with a wide range of business partners in auto industry.
2) 5-years above of leadership role with B2B team management experience in minimum
Project management or OEM working experience is preferred
