Youll be part of the team that provides the first stage in the Trusts care navigation system receiving requests using contact methods, including letters, e-mail and telephone. We provide a central resource for referrers and Trust staff to ensure the effective receipt and subsequent processing of referrals into our services. We further provide effective signposting to services external to the Trust. We accept routine, urgent and crisis referrals, each having a specific pathway to follow. We provide an effective first point of contact, a link with primary and secondary services, partner agencies and organisations outside of the trust. Our client Is looking for CNC Turner that can program, set and operate CNC Lathes in a precision machining environment, ensuring the top quality within given timescale.

The role:

Program, Set and operate Fanuc controls in a precision machining environment.
Offline programming with OneCNC
Interpret technical specifications
Self-inspect, including quality, cleaning, and de-burring.
Ensure that production requirements are met in line with the production schedule.
Continually assess tool condition and maintain as necessary.
Always looking at decreasing run times and decreased down times through good set ups and enablement coupled with personal motivation.
Excellent attention to detail and possess the drive to learn and develop.

The Person:

Motivated, highly organised CNC machinist.
Manual machining experience advantage
CNC Milling experience - advantage
Experience using a variety of inspection equipment including micrometres, verniers, callipers, gauges and CMM.
Experience in sub-contract machining environment.
Experienced working with a variety of materials
Team player with the ability to work using your own initiative.
Positive attitude and good time keeping
Computer literate, good numeracy, and literacy skills.
