We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic colleagues who are willing to work long term with the opportunity to gain a full-time contract.

Full training is provided - candidates must be able to speak / understand English.

Previous order picking experience is advantageous - using RF Scanners & paper picking.

Full Time work only.

Shift Hours as a Warehouse Operative:

• Fixed AM shift
• 08:00 - 17.00
• Monday to Friday
• Fixed mid shift
• 10:30 - 19.30
• Sunday to Thursday
• Flex required from time to time, start an hour earlier, or stay an hour later, depending on the customer requirements.
• Opportunity to go permanent after a qualifying period.

Pay Rates for Warehouse Operative:

• £11.50 per hour AM
• £12.12 per hour Mid Shift
• Overtime paid after 40 hours - time & a half rate.

Duties as a Warehouse Operative in Leamington Spa:

• Order picking and packing a variety of goods using an RF Scanner.
• Checking customer orders and ensuring 100% accuracy
• Stock checking and stock put away.
• Role requires you to stand on your feet for long periods of time and some heavy lifting of boxed goods.

We have a new and exciting opportunity for you to work as a Trainee FLT Operative for a busy distribution centre in Tamworth B78 3HJ.

This training course is 3 weeks in duration. On completion you will be awarded a AITT Reach Truck or VNA license and you will also be guaranteed an interview for the role of FLT driver at Tamworth with Challenge-trg Recruitment.

Training times are as follows:

• Week 1 - Monday to Friday 9am until 4pm
• Week 2 - Monday to Friday 9am until 4pm
• Week 3 - Monday to Friday, either 6am until 2pm or 2pm until 10pm.

Warehouse Qualification, what will you learn:

• Understand how to receive and store goods and materials
• Understand how to process orders and dispatch goods
• Understand how to deliver effective customer service
• Understand health, safety, security and legislation
• Understand how to be an effective team worker

FLT Qualification you will receive:

AITT Reach or AITT VNA

Your pay rate as a FLT Reach Driver:

• Day shift: £12.14 per hour
• Night shift: £13.36 per hour
• Overtime for Day shift: £16.55 per hour
• Overtime for Night shift: £17.77 for nights
• You will also receive a bonus payment for every hour working on a Reach or VNA truck.

Typical hours as a FLT Reach Driver:

You will be working 3 days on 3 days off shift on either the Day shift, from 6am until 6pm or Night shift from 6pm until 6am.

As a Link Worker you will provide a comprehensive package of holistic and practical support to ensure that people continue to develop independent living skills needed to maintain a tenancy long term.

Working closely with your team and partner agencies, you will work with a trauma informed approach to create a ‘wrap around’ package of support, that is person centered. You will need to have strong communication skills, the ability to work and think creatively, recognising an individual’s own needs, and be ready to sometimes deal with challenging situations.
