About the Role as Group Head of Student ExperienceActivate Learning is seeking a visionary Group Head of Student Experience to lead our Regional Heads of Student Experience (HoSEs) based in Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Surrey, ensuring a consistent and high-quality student experience that enhances student life beyond the classroom. In partnership with the Group Director of Student Experience and Safeguarding, you will set the strategic direction for student experience, engagement, and well-being, guiding teams focused on learner voice, enrichment, welfare, and mental health initiatives. Your role will involve overseeing community-building events, facilitating best practice sharing, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.Flexible, full-time, permanent position, working from any campus across Oxfordshire, Berkshire, and Surrey. Travel between sites is required.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Shape and unify the group-wide vision for student life, supporting HoSEs in influencing and delivering exceptional experiences aligned with Activate Learning’s goals.Collaboration & Best Practice: Foster knowledge sharing and innovation among HoSEs, driving excellence in student experience programmes and engagement across campuses.Community Building: Coordinate group-wide events and initiatives to enrich the student experience and promote community engagement.Mental Health & Well-being: Champion the implementation of mental health, enrichment, and positive behaviour strategies that create a supportive, safe, and inclusive environment for all students.Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, manage regional budgets, and contribute strategic insights to senior leadership and committees.About YouThe Group Head of Student Experience will be an experienced leader dedicated to enhancing student life, excels in building partnerships and driving innovative student programs.
