Major Job role:
1] Materials planning and Stock control
2] Purchase order management (Release, Track, PO actions, and Delivery)
3] Materials constant supply and shortage solution
4] Support quality dept. on the quality issue of supplier
Responsibilities and Authority:
1. Analysis and release weekly purchase request (PR) based on MRP result
2. Purchase order management: release purchase order (PO) to supplier on time, track and maintain supplier delivery confirmation into system within firmed days; Track supplier delivery to meet request and process PO actions on time based on actual system demand.
3. Drive materials Fullkit plan based on customer demand, and Finish weekly CTB report in time；
4. Shortage solution: Push supplier to settle critical shortage parts; Follow shortage escalation process
5. Supplier management: Manage supplier to follow the purchase order policy, and assist suppliers to improve OTD performance.
6. Inventory management and improve inventory turns continuously
7. MPS commitment, and make efficient materials plan to meet customer OTD and OTR target
8. Cooperate with Logistics functional team to finish Customs clearance with proper documentation, (Original Invoice and packing list provide; Price and Net weight confirm…）
9. Assist Quality department on the quality issue of suppliers and urge suppliers to improve continuously. Defective materials clearance.
10. Prepaid payment apply on time; Assist finance team to settle abnormal invoices.
11. Prepare monthly E&O report and follow PM to claim
12. ECN tracking
Job Requirements:
1) Education background: Bachelor degree or above.
2) Work experience: at least 5 years of EMS industry related materials planning and purchasing work experience
3) Skills: Chinese and English listening, speaking and writing ability, skilled use of Word, excel, ERP and other office software.
4) Professional quality:
