Job Purpose :
Responsible for the overall strategy, development, and performance of the company. Develops and approves strategies to meet investor, clients, and employee needs. Communicates with people inside and outside the company to discover what policies, products, and marketing strategies will help the company move forward.
Main Duties and Responsbilities :
· Takes the lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together to reach the company goals and by coming up with fresh ideas that will set the company apart from competitors.
· Determines the direction of the business by working with upper management and leading team members to create and implement strategies and goals.
· Responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring other managers and supporting their professional development.
· Builds a positive and productive culture in the workplace by listening to employee opinions, adjusting, and recognising the team's accomplishments.
· Communicates a vision for the company and take steps to make it a reality.
· Consults with the board and outside entities to decide which direction the company should go.
· Negotiate or approve agreements and contracts for the organization.
· Manage company organizational structure.
· Assess and minimize risks to the company.
· Provide company-wide leadership.
· Serve as the company’s primary spokesperson.
· Identify and address companywide problems.
· Develop and uphold the company’s culture and mission/vision and values.
· Implement strategic plans by working with senior stakeholders.
· Evaluate and track the success of the company in reaching its goals.
· Make sure that the organization is focused on the customers and look after the excellence of the service provided.
