Job Overview:
The Planning Director will take the lead for driving outstanding creativity output, from concept direction to implementation, and ensure both Auditoire and clients’ creativity guardrails are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall manage the creative planning for projects and make sure the quality of these concepts/directions fit for clients’ brand/product initiatives
· Understand and provide insightful analysis about brands and products which based on but beyond briefs
· Develop concept and storyline in the preparation of proposals, tender documents and presentations for clients in cooperation with the account
· Work closely with Account and Production team to finalize concept recommendations, decisions to enable artwork execution / production phases
· Monitor the delivery schedule in line with deadline
Supervise the team’s daily work and continuously enhance team’s capabilities
· Ensure team’s process and procedures are followed more seamlessly
· Allocate the proper team members to the right projects by knowing team members’ strengths, interests and workload
· Make sure output for various projects align with the brief, and decide if extra/less elements should be included in the proposals
· Provide solutions to the problems if occurs, generate alternatives and share best practices to improve team’s skills
· Demonstrate “big picture” thinking by sharing the strategic vision with the team
Act as primary creative interface with clients, can provide constructive suggestions/solutions
· Well understand market trends, and combine with the corresponding planning solutions to clients, together with Account team to drive client satisfaction and new business opportunities
· Meet with clients to determine what they want from their projects and what initiatives they may wish to incorporate
· Present clearly, concisely, and convincingly to inspire, sharpen, and represent creative ideas and executions
Requirements:
· Independently leading mega events’ creativity generation is a must
· Deep understanding about Chinese brands and their overseas strategy
· Proven success in prior supervisory role at least 3 years
· Hands-on and with ‘can do’ spirit
· An insight miner, problem solver, and storyteller

· Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude
