We’re looking for a passionate, dedicated, and skilled leader to join us as our Chief Pharmacist. You’ll be responsible for the safe, secure, and effective provision, management and strategic direction of all aspects of pharmacy and medicines management services within and across Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust. You will become a key member of the trust’s Senior Leadership Team.
Together, we operate over 140 services and deliver these to a local population of 1 million people In Coventry, Warwickshire and beyond. By joining us, you will be a part of a Trust that has a clear and ambitious strategic direction and be able to drive how pharmacy services and medicines management are developed in the future at CWPT, to ensure the very best care for the communities we support.
You’ll provide expert pharmacy leadership and advice across the Trust and to the Trust board and be supported by a team of deputy chief pharmacists, a lead medicines management technician, and a business manager.
We’re looking for someone who is an excellent communicator and has experience working with multiple stakeholders to collaboratively and consistently improve pharmacy services.
You must be creative and have a real focus on partnership working, as we strive to do more with our communities and you will be key to making sure we are making the right decisions for the right reasons.
