The Role

Director, Solution Consulting role provides technical, business, industry and management support to the AspenTech Sales and Services team in selling to and servicing our customers. Hosted at the Singapore National Research Foundations Campus for Research Excellence and Technological Enterprise (CREATE) and located at the National University of Singapore UTown Campus, Imperial Global Singapore provides the physical and administrative infrastructure to extend Imperial’s research and innovation activities to Singapore and broader South East Asia. CREATE hosts interdisciplinary research centres from top global universities including other key strategic partners including CNRS, MIT, and TU Munich.

The Associate Director, Imperial Global Singapore works as part of the Imperial Global Singapore leadership team (with the Academic Director) to ensure the strategic development and operational effectiveness of the research and innovation centre in Singapore.

The post-holder will play a key role in developing Imperial Global Singapore as a regional hub for high impact partnerships covering research, education and innovation. The Director of Revenue is responsible for working with the Revenue Management team in determining strategic goals and tactical efforts, which drive revenue to the hotel. The Director of Revenue is responsible for ensuring that the inventory allocation and pricing parameters are positioned to support the overall revenue goals of the hotel. • Manage social media accounts, including executing the platform’s strategy, overseeing the publicity pipeline, scheduling and posting content, and engaging with target audiences.
• Content conceptualisation and production, inclusive but not limited to articles, graphics, or videos. Align content with A*STAR messaging for our target audiences.
• Support the execution of the website strategy, design, development and maintenance.
• Work closely with SRTT Program Director / Scientific Program Manager to source impactful stories for our social media platforms and website.
• Monitor and analyse our social media and website performance to ensure they align with the digital strategy.
• Provide support for other digital communications projects and initiatives.

2. Event Organization and Logistic Support:

• Support the planning and organization of events, meetings, and conferences as required by the SRTTs.
• Provide logistic support for events, including registration and ushering.
• Coordinate the setup of event venues, manage attendee lists, and any other required tasks to ensure a smooth flow of activities.
• Handle correspondence, prepare documents, and manage office communications based on event needs.
• Handle Procurement / Finance related matters, e.g., Raise budget memo for approval, raise purchase requests, goods receiving etc.
• Schedule meetings (based on event needs), appointments, and conference calls. Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure timely reminders.
• Book flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services for work trips for visiting scientists, Advisory board members, senior management and staff.

Job Requirements:

• Degree, any discipline with at least 8 years of professional experience in a similar capacity, including website and social media management and proficiency in content production and administrative or office management role.
• Apt knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and trends, as well as website programming language, operating systems and standards.
• Able to leverage on digital dashboards for monitoring and tracking (Power BI, tableau etc.) will be a plus.
• Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills for good relationship management.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and able to present information in a logical manner.
• Experience in design and video software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator), Google Analytics 4, social media analytics and UI/UX design would be advantageous.

• Working on security architecture design, implementation, operation and documentation for

healthcare ICT solutions.

• Working on security policy, compliance, process and auditing for health IT.

• Providing support on cloud security operation and collaboration

• Working closely with other tech/dev team members and provide support on security design

and implementation.

• Writing documentation and conducting knowledge transferring & sharing as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree(or above) in computer science or other related specialties

• At least 5 years’ experience of ICT system and cloud security and operation

• Knowledge and skills: Must have: Hands-on experience on security architecture and operation including

1)Cloud security and operation in AWS or Azure;

2)System security in Linux and system administration;

3)Data security and privacy;

4)Security code scanning, test and remediation;

5)Security auditing. Plus: Windows system administration, H-Cloud, GCC Leadership: be able to work with developers, partners, auditors and lead the security task
