Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our three nursing homes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and will be willing to muck in when needed. This role involves supporting and developing our registered managers to ensure we continue to provide outstanding care and maintain our excellent ratings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of three nursing homes.
• Support and mentor registered managers to enhance their leadership and management skills.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards in line with CQC guidelines.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve care quality and operational efficiency.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Engage with residents, families, and staff to ensure a high level of satisfaction and care.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the healthcare or nursing home sector.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and supportively with a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and continuous improvement.
• Flexibility and willingness to be hands-on when necessary.

To assist in the establishment, co-ordination and delivery of cardiology technical services for Cardiology patients across the Northumbria Trust requiring electrocardiograph(ECG), exercise tolerance test(ETT), echocardiography including stress and contrast enhanced imaging modalities and ambulatory monitoring. To role model compassionate and inclusive leadership in order to shape the creation of a collective leadership culture within the trust.
