Our client is looking for a driven Sales Manager based in Singapore to enhance revenue growth for a global Hospitality brand.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, utilizing existing networks, and identifying new business opportunities in Southeast Asian markets. This position involves attending industry trade shows, analyzing market trends, and making necessary improvements to the regional sales strategy. The Sales Manager will aim to achieve sales goals by accurately forecasting needs, preparing the annual budget, managing expenditures, and taking corrective actions as required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets and manage expenditures within budget as specified by KPIs.
• Partner with the Director to develop the strategic Sales & Marketing Plan and Annual Budget for the assigned market.
• Implement strategies from the Sales and Marketing Plan to optimize key account management and identify business development opportunities through effective client interactions, sales calls, and site visits.
