Deputy Operations Director (International Business)

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the operations of units achieving financial goals
• Ability to development long and short term plan with the clients.
• Manage, build and maintain cordial relationship with clients.
• Conduct Monthly Business Review and Quarterly Business Review with client
• Lead and achieve customer’s satisfactory survey.
• Achieve KPI set by the client
• Responsible for the ah hoc event request by the client.
• Lead & supervise a team of staff to achieve goals
• Instill training and building people capability.
• Responsible for the respective sector financial performance
• Uphold the Compass Group’s Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards
• Ensure high level of food quality is served at the units.
• Responsible for the scheduling and deployment of manpower to ensure smooth operations.
• Requires travelling to multiples units
• Perform administrative duties
• Ability to execute Compass Group Business Continuity Plan
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
• Follow Compass health, safety and security procedures
• Maintain safe personal presentation standards
• Consult on health and safety matters
• Report all incidents and hazards immediately
• Complete all required HSE training
• Adhere to the site food safety plan, hygiene procedures and standards

• Relevant Inspection Forms / SOPs / PWI
• Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Food & Beverage Services
Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably specializing in Hospitality/Food & Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, able to liaise with all employees.
• Resilient & ability to perform under pressure excellent communications & interpersonal skill.
• Previous setting up of outlet experience an advantage.
