Training
Deliver all soft skill training and site inductions.

Essential requirements for this position include:

• Managing project budgets in line with our delivery framework, ensuring project costs are under control and escalation processes for financial risks are followed.
• Working with colleagues across the business including IT & front line colleagues to ensure that Current and Future State processes are clearly defined as part of the project lifecycle.
• Developing and executing against stakeholder management and communication plans (in conjunction with colleagues in our Communications team), ensuring both Moat colleagues and customers are not only informed of key updates, but are actively engaged in the changes being deployed.
• Evaluating the success of deliverables and working with business owners to ensure controlled closure and transfer of projects through to an operational state, in which the change can be effectively sustained.
• Ensuring that best practice is used across the organisation, facilitating a culture of continuous improvement, through effective lessons learnt processes and contributing to the upskilling of colleagues in change & project management principles.
• Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with operational colleagues to ensure that we work collaboratively and consistently on all projects and change programmes.
• Maintaining commitment to professional development, both with respect to Housing as an industry, and Project & Change management as a discipline.

You’ll have:

• Project management experience aligned to business change, business process re-engineering and business process modelling.
• A project management qualification (Prince 2, Agile, PMP).
• A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering to project deadlines.
• A team player with a can-do attitude.
• Experience of working in complex stakeholder environments, including matrix management.
• Experience of supporting and managing change effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to professionally challenge, coordinate, collaborate and drive aspirational needs across Moat.

A global market leader in design and manufacture of innovative products for the German education market are seeking an ambitious German Speaking Regional Sales Manager to nurture and develop new and existing business opportunities to generate business growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Strengthen business relationships with key customer accounts and identify new accounts.
• Establish new routes to market and the introduction of additional product opportunities.
• Collaborate with German distributors and partners.
• Grow the organisation market presence and their product portfolio to a broader audience.
• The ability to negotiate, manage contracts, production, shipping and logistics.
• Travel to Germany approximately 4 times a year.
• Able to manage your own time, diary and booking appointments.

Essential requirements:

• Fluent in German and English both written and verbal.
• Proven sales management experience within the German or European education markets or similar sectors.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to after-sales service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to be confident, engaging and proactive in business development.
• Good knowledge of CRM packages (ideally Salesforce.com) and MS Office.
• Due to location based on the outskirts of Folkestone, it is essential you are a car driver, as it is not accessible by public transport.

Desirable requirements:

• Connections within the German education sector.
• Experience working with distributors to drive product awareness and growth.

The Package:

• Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm.
• Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission.
• Car allowance.
