The Office of Acquisition Information Technology Services provides transformational system development, incremental system development, operational and management services for FAS business applications. The organization advises FAS leadership and program areas on IT tools that support and enhance FAS’s business operations. IDQ is organizationally aligned to the FAS business areas to most effectively deliver the IT services, systems, and functions they need. Additionally, they provide cloud integration technology functions as a shared service for all of GSA IT.

As an Information Technology Project Manager you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Serve as a Cloud Engineer for high velocity information technology (IT) projects, leading and implementing specific IT projects and defining and structuring cloud modernization projects for new and current initiatives within GSA IT.
• Design and implement highly automated, secure cloud environments to host and modernize business critical applications, including recommending tools, technologies and approaches based on analysis of cost, schedule, risk, and business value; and providing technical oversight to contractor teams support GSA IT cloud and application development efforts.
• Provide subject matter expert level consultation and supporting to help software development teams make optimal decisions and take advantage of cloud benefits, including assisting in developing and maintaining documentation and technical training content, and performing feasibility analysis on potential product changes.
• Review technical requirements to determine types of services required and the appropriate contract vehicle.
• Consider impact of acquisition regulations, strategies, policies and processes pertaining to IT project management strategies, and utilize the information obtained to create optimized solutions.

Starting at $122,198 Per Year (GS 14)

What you will be doing: Deliver individual and team growth targets including revenue and billable hours, home occupancy and bed filling, dependent on division. Drive commercial growth for the Group by identifying, unlocking, cultivating, and growing relationships with funders, clients, charities, providers, and other relevant bodies Deliver and report on clear metrics and KPIs as instructed by the Group Commercial Director and Senior Business Development Manager. Deliver compelling and successful bids that reflect Active Care Group`s expertise and what differentiates us against our competitors whilst addressing Commissioners` requirements. Actively undertake activities to ensure we retain contracts that are in our interest to do so. Participate in Commercial team meetings. Develop a strong understanding of the Group`s care pathways to be best placed to market our services with commissioners and to develop the volume of intra-group referrals. Attend regional/divisional meetings as required. Ensure Group CRM is maintained and up to date at all times.
