We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join the Business Change and Implementation team.
You'll be using your project management skills to assist and manage projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring project briefs are fully delivered and the appropriate solution landed.

You'll be supported by our advanced technology systems; at Blue Arrow we embrace hybrid working and are committed to maximising wellbeing and offer our people the flexibility to work remotely from home after onboarding.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Produce and manage the project plan
- Attending client meetings nationally with some overnight stays so you'll need to drive and have access to a car
- Working from our Luton offices occasionally for project related tasks
- Coordinate project management activities and resources
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve
- Analyse risks and opportunities
- Monitor project progress, handle and/or escalate any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Project Manager to define project strategies and objectives
- Report progress to key stakeholders and plan the handover to business as usual
- Arrange and conduct a wash up meeting at the end of each project and document outcome
- Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
- Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project timelines and deliverables
- Make sure all customer relationships are on a journey to achieving high road recruitment practises
- Be certain all current employment laws, legislative is maintained during every project
