Nordstrom has an opportunity available for a highly motivated, customer obsessed, and results oriented Program Manager, Sr. supporting our Reverse Supply Chain (RSC)  team.  Our RSC team plays a critical part within our Supply Chain that focuses on creating a Reverse network that achieves customer experience goals while delivering business fundamentals for managing a critical flow of inventory back into the Supply Chain or back to our Vendors. This individual will be focused on improving our customer returns experience and report directly to the Director, Reverse Supply Chain.  As the PM Sr, you will be responsible to driving efficiencies and delivering customer experience program excellence at scale through digital returns that help customers LOOK THEIR BEST and FEEL GOOD.  You will be at the forefront of our commitment to exceptional customer experiences through innovative solutions and seamless returns. 

 The ideal candidate will play an integral part in our customer digital returns experience by working on projects such as reducing return rates across the network, onboarding a 3rd party solution and aligning return reason codes to drive better actionable insights.  The candidate needs to have a strong sense of ownership, pride, and accountability as a steward of the Nordstrom brand and are responsible for developing innovative ways to delight customers through early returns, alternative drop off locations and transparency through their return journey.  It is a key strategic position which affords a truly unique perspective on delivering our high customer experience expectations.

A Day in the Life…

• Collaborate broadly across the enterprise with cross-functional teams including operations, product, tech, merchants, sourcing, inventory, and many other partners to shape, design and implement future returns process, capabilities, and systems roadmap.  

• Define program vision in partnership with stakeholders, ensuring goals and success metrics are clearly defined and roles and responsibilities.

• Develop a steering committee that provides guidance, recommendations, and program management with cross functional business teams using actionable insights that supports reducing returns.

• Drives vision through pilot execution that measures customers delight through the returns experience.

• Responsible for cross-functional management and execution of program activities including but not limited to the drafting project charters, tracking of all timelines/needs, and facilitating timely communication between Supply Chain and Store operations, technology, merchandising and inventory.

• Effectively Partner and collaborate: Ability to develop strong collaborative relationships with SC & Store operations, technology, merchandising, IE and inventory to ensure relevant and successful delivery from ideation to execution. Act as liaison with teams and business stakeholders and leads to ensure process needs are being met.

• Identification and escalation of issues: Identify and capture issues/risks and ensure appropriate information is captured to size the impact and determine next steps.

• Insights & Analysis: Gather, interpret, and analyze data to inform decision making that supports reducing return rates.

• Ensure all program and project milestones are being met and appropriately raise concerns where there is potential impact to the program and timelines.

• Develop effective and repeatable methods for monitoring program progress that support improved customer returns satisfaction.

The Plant Materials Manager is responsible for managing overall plant efforts to ensure a consistent, economical and timely flow of both purchased and raw materials to support the manufacturing efforts of the facility to meet customers’ needs and expectations by performing duties personally or through subordinate supervisors and/or support team members.

How you will do it

• Manage the Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, Production Scheduling and Inventory Control functions.

• Manage the various scheduling techniques and employees to provide a total production schedule which efficiently utilizes equipment and employees to meet acceptable lead times and delivery dates to our customer base.

• Establish and maintain Kan Ban systems to ensure on demand flow of materials to the Manufacturing floor.

• Establish and manage consignment programs for materials and blanket purchasing agreements for commodity items.

• Manage Transportation contracts both in-bound and out-bound to assure Customer needs are satisfied.

• Coordinate all off site inventory locations.

• Coordinate the scheduling and inventory movement of all outside processing operations.

• Develop and manage an aggressive Purchased Material Cost Reduction Program for both Raw Materials and Purchased Parts.

• Responsible for on-going aggressive cost reduction efforts.

• Adhere to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.

• Responsible for driving Safety Performance in the plant to achieve and maintain Gold Status (Goal of No Recordables / No Lost Times).

• Ensure Safety Training is completed as required for direct reports.

What we look for

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum of six (6) years of Materials Management experience in a manufacturing environment with Buyers, Production Scheduling and Inventory Control as direct reports.

• Minimum of three (3) years of Warehouse Management experience.

• Minimum of three (3) years of MRP/ERP experience.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of MacPac ERP and/or AS400.

• APICS CPIM, CSCP or CLTD certification.

What You’ll Get to Do

Serve as a Project Manager for infrastructure modernizations at CONUS Army locations. Supervises the work of project managers, on-site project managers, vendors, and/or subcontractors. Responsible for the overall success of planning and implementing complex modernization projects that meet or exceed customer needs.

• Develop and utilize project plans and schedules to manage and report against customer requirement.  These plans may address items such as Requirements analysis and tracking, Risk Management, Configuration Management, Project Staffing, etc.

• Lead infrastructure modernization engineering / installation efforts in multiple locations simultaneously

What You Will Achieve
Vaccine Account Managers (VAM) collaborate with Pfizer partners to grow appropriate use of Pfizer Vaccines and the overall immunization rates of organized customers by identifying shared objectives, aligning resources and deploying innovative solutions to achieve targeted clinical and business results.

This is accomplished through identifying, prioritizing, and managing opportunities to affect access, immunization practices, programs, education, and processes that will increase the appropriate use of Pfizer vaccines. A VAM’s primary focus is to ensure access to the Pfizer vaccine portfolio by leading contract negotiations with assigned customers and to improve immunization rates through the development of productive relationships with key decision makers.
Areas of customer focus include but are not limited to administrative and decision making roles of all levels at integrated health systems, large hospital systems, health insurance plans, state departments of health, county/city health departments, coalitions, military accounts (VA/DoD), advocacy groups/coalitions, and CBOs. Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of the complexities associated with the changing healthcare environment are critical to the VAM role in assessing how these changes affect the various customer segments we serve. VAMs must strictly abide by all company policies and applicable government regulations. Approximately 25%-50% travel is required based on geography.

How You Will Achieve It

• Form collaborative partnerships with decision-makers at large integrated delivery networks and medical groups to conduct needs assessments and deliver compliant solutions that will increase access and the appropriate use of Pfizer vaccines.

• Negotiate and manage contracts with targeted Integrated Delivery Networks, Medical Groups and Buying Groups. Enable such through collaboration with PCA contracting team and alignment to brand contracting strategy

• Develop productive relationships with decision makers at managed care organizations and other health plans to ensure access and the appropriate use of Pfizer vaccines and programs. This includes a clear understanding of the commercial, Medicaid and Medicare landscape as it relates to the availability of Pfizer vaccines.

• Develop productive relationships with State Department of Health Immunization Program Management to understand state policies and ensure the implementation of the appropriate tactics to maximize utilization of Pfizer Vaccines, decrease disparities, and improve overall immunization rates. This includes calling on the largest public (VFC & FQHC/RHC) clinics and practices in coordination with local and regional sales partners.

• Lead the local coordination of internal colleagues at targeted accounts through communication and collaboration to ensure alignment across various stakeholders to maximize opportunities and enable pull through of access opportunities with the Pfizer Vaccines Portfolio.

• Collaboration partners include but are not limited to vaccine sales, pharmacy, institutional sales, government relations, medical, PCA (Payer and Channel Access), IM, Oncology, I&I Account Management and marketing teams.

• Prioritize customers, opportunities and projects to maximize impact; leveraging all available data sets and stakeholder maps input to optimize decision making.

• Execute marketing programs across customer segments and present approved materials to deliver value added messaging in a compelling manner; developing and executing programs that are strategic in nature and may have near, mid, and long-term market and financial impact.

• Drive innovation and new approaches that help exceed BU business objectives by proactively engaging leadership.

• Provide the marketing and strategy teams with key local and customer specific insights that they can utilize in crafting new market-specific materials.

• Cultivate relationships and generate support from KOLs and organizational decision makers (public and private)

• Customers could include accounts with various scopes to include local, regional and national footprints.

• Maintain active customer plans and data sets via company planning resources (iPlan), actively maintaining and sharing such information with areas business partners

ROLE SUMMARY

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

The Supervisor is accountable and responsible for leading assigned production staff to achieve targets and deliver and improve process or product consistency, quality/compliance, cost standards and customer service.   Responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, performance assessment, salary recommendations, and employee counseling for a group of employees typically with similar technical responsibilities.  Ensures that work performed by the assigned staff is accurate, timely, efficient and compliant with corporate policies, plant SOPs, cGMP regulations, and FDA regulations. 

Participates in investigations and continuous improvement initiatives, applying tools like LEAN manufacturing and Six Sigma to improve quality, cost, safety and/or cycle time.  Collaborates effectively with other functional SMEs to ensure production goals are met and investigations are accurate and complete.   Has a basic understanding of product cost structure, budgeting process and spending.  The ultimate goal of the supervisor is to optimize resources to maximize production and ensure quality and safety standards.

Job Summary:

This position manages, inspects, and protects a designated portion of the approximate 33,000 miles of purchased easement and fee owned Transmission corridors to ensure customers, contractors, and developers are in compliance with the established AP guidelines. The position collaborates with and presents guidelines to stakeholders and customers and participates in the decision making of the release of transmission easements and selling of fee owned property.  In performing the duties, this position must review technical engineering drawings and site plans to ensure that customers, contractors, and developers comply with Duke Energy's guidelines and recorded property rights documents. Engineering plan reviews require a general knowledge of engineering standards, construction standards and techniques, future transmission planning, OSHA rules, NESC rules, as well as other applicable rules. Duties also include the removal of existing encroachments and execution of relevant encroachment agreements.  The job requires legal involvement in which the position must be able to maintain detailed documentation, read and interpret legal documents, give depositions, and testify in a court of law.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Cultivate an inclusive and welcoming environment for associates and customers.

• Own the execution of daily store operations, visual standards, and action plans.

• Drive store results by implementing Lane Bryant customer experience, incentive, and product knowledge strategies.

• Deliver a fashion-focused Lane Bryant experience for customers.

• Partner with the store leadership team to recruit, hire, and develop a diverse team of talent.

• Collaborate with associates on merchandising, stocking the sales floor, and maintaining a clean, neat, well-presented store.

You'll bring to the role

• 6 months specialty retail and management experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong communication, supervisory, and customer service skills

• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English

• Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately
