Key Responsibilities:

Client Management and Onboarding: Act as the primary point of contact for our BtR clients. Provide expert advice and recommendations on industry best practices, market trends, and asset optimisation strategies.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports that offer deep insights into the performance of client portfolios. Analyse data, providing actionable recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Sales Funnel Optimisation: Take ownership of the sales funnel for each client account, continuously refining and optimising processes to drive efficiency and increase conversion rates. Work closely with the internal team to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted strategies for growth.
Training and Development: Train junior sales teams on new sites and key processes for high performance delivery.
Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for each client's development site, leveraging digital channels, advertising platforms, and other tactics to drive awareness and demand. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
Project Management: Project manage all accounts, ensuring all aspects are covered from onboarding to offboarding. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to coordinate efforts and overcome challenges.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the Customer Success Manager, Leasing Manager and senior leadership team to build clear processes for clients, as well as solution focused responses.
Meeting Management: Attend weekly meetings with clients to talk them through key account updates, including solutions and forward looking plans.
Culture and Values Carrier: Be a culture and values leader in the business. Work together with the management team to set standards and expectations internally and externally.





Working hours: Monday to Friday 9-6 (occasional site travel required)

The Head of Information Governance (Information Rights and Records Managementwill:

· Establish and maintain the trust as a leading provider for Information Rights And Records Management.



· Develop and deliver training and guidance specific to the context of the trust accounting for the new requirements and structures under the Health and Social Care Act 2012.



· Outline, in conjunction with colleagues, the requirements of assurance and risk management on information governance and to ensure that particular stakeholder demands are met.

Develop and deliver the organisations approach to risk management and supporting services to ensure risk is monitored and mitigations are appropriately identified. Lead on our Information Governance requirements ensuring learning across the organisation liaise with our external DPO services team. Ensure key governance and risk information is disseminated to relevant parts of the organisation. Responsible for ensuring DMC and its services continually monitor, improve and meet our CQC obligations for high quality services. Develop CQC improvement plans and initiatives. To support the Registered Managers in their responsibilities to CQC. Governance team management and development. Develop our annual quality account and annual report. Management of the Q&G team. Actively participate in and lead any governance meeting, such as the Audit Meeting. Good working relationships with management team and all senior levels. Responsible for policy management, ensuring they are kept up to date and in line with legislation.

Job Type: Permanent, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00
Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum

Our client is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Residential Registered Care Home Manager to join their team in North Finchley, LB Barnet. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a reputable care home registered for elderly and dementia care services.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home in accordance with CQC regulations and standards.
- Oversee the care delivery to service users, ensuring their safety, well-being, and quality of life.
- Lead and support the staff team, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and delivering high-quality care.
- Collaborate with the service provider and stakeholders to promote a positive and caring environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
- NVQ 5 / RMN / QCF completed.
- Proven experience as a registered manager or in a senior role within a residential care setting.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
- Experience in elderly and dementia care.
