Job Description:

Job Description:

• Oversee billing processes to ensure accurate and timely invoicing to customers.
• Act as a primary point of contact for billing inquiries from internal teams and customers.

Contribute to Product Strategy

 Lead Product Discovery:

• Gather Ideas: Source ideas that meet user needs and serve business goals from user feedback, market research, and internal stakeholders
• Refine Ideas: Work with cross-functional teams to define and scope the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) versions for new ideas, focusing on delivering the core functionality needed to test and validate the idea with minimal effort.
• User Validation: Where it makes sense, first conduct user research and testing to validate the feasibility and desirability of the scoped MVPs

Ensure Successful Product Delivery:
