You'll be acting as a role model for nursing and the MDT - promoting excellence, keeping abreast of recent clinical evidence and nursing practice, while recognising the unique needs of each patient. Qualifications

• Nursing qualification, with a valid and clear UK NMC registration

As a Registered Manager, you will lead a residential care team, ensuring the home meets regulatory standards while fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for the children.
