Roles:

• Attending customers’ enquiry to meet customer satisfaction.
• Assist in system implementation, enhancement to system/work processes to improve the operation efficiency of the department.

Responsibilities:

• Received enquiry from customer. Check with Shipper and Liner on the charges, prepare quotation and email to customer;
• Open job in Smart Freight System after customer confirmed the quotation;
• Coordinate and check rate with Liner / Owner or Agent;
• Booking of Canvas and plan Vessel for Barge & Conventional;
• Update tonnage to the ship owner;
• Update shipping schedule with other liner and do booking to the liner once customer confirmed the booking date and prepare booking confirmation;
• Follow up with shipper on the Invoice, Delivery Order and Packing List;
• Check cargo and D/O with Jetty or Warehouse;
• To arrange transport with Transporter for delivery;
• Coordinate and assist on the Insurance and Fumigation on behalf of customers;
• Responsible to inform customers on the Estimate Time Arrival (ETA) and Estimate Time Departure (ETD);
• Update and follow up shipment with destination agent and customer for shipment (Port to Door);
• Follow up the door shipment on behalf of customer until reach the destination;
• Prepare Monthly Objective Report and submit to Assistant Manager for checking;
• Perform any other jobs as assign by superior / management when required from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM or Diploma in related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working customer service/documentations/operations experiences in forwarding/shipping environment;
• Multitasking with effective communications and time management skills;
• Excellent reporting skills;
• Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.

Office of Chief Risk Officer

The following are the duties of this position at the full working level.

• The incumbent for this position meets with top-level managers and executives within the Service to establish and define the overall goals and objectives of the Insider Risk Management (InRM) Program. Assists in setting business unit strategy and goals that enhance compliance with laws and policy aligned with the overall organizational strategy.
• Designs and develops programs, systems, and strategies based on Insider Threat (InT) trend analysis and other relevant data. Responsible for insider threat analysis, assessing tool/logs to determine risk level and elevation required, supporting investigations, playbook development, and lessons learned identification.
• Champions InRM Program best practices (e.g., charter, concept of operations, strategy, roadmap, and policy) and oversees activities to identify and implement new work for continued growth and maturity. The outcome is designed to improve the accuracy, timeliness, and overall quality of services provided by IRS.
• Oversees the IRS InRM Program and performs intakes, research, analysis, and mitigations of insider threat incidents. Also, acts as the InT Lead, InT Hub Coordinator, and InT Hub Analyst.
• Generates recommendations for personnel and budget requirements for project success, engaging in negotiations with managers across the Service to secure necessary resources and support. Identifies, acquires, and allocates resources; ensures timely delivery within budget constraints; and effectively evaluates projects and programs.

• You will assess an organization's progress towards meeting navigation and ship handling program goals.
• You will prepare documents, files, receipts, and other paperwork in accordance with applicable records management processes and procedures.
• You will monitor the operation of waterfront activities and assets (e.g., port control, service craft, fleet assets) to support port service requirements.
• You will brief management on navigational assessment findings and recommendations.

• You will apply experimental theories, principles, and concepts to project development, execution, and advisory services.
• You will ensure assigned projects remain consistent with program objectives, costs, schedules, performance criteria, and existing policies.
• You will perform and execute a variety of complex engineering projects from conception to completion.
• You will analyze data and communicate results in oral and written presentations, provide consultative and expert advisory services, and assess the impact of new technology and requirements on current projects, systems, and processes.
• You will modify standard practices and adapt equipment or techniques to solve a variety of engineering problems.

• Establishes a system to review, control, and report on project status.
• Plans, coordinates, and establishes operating methods and procedures for accomplishment of project mission; as needed, directs the development and accomplishment of employee training relating to the project.

Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, will be discussed further at interview.
