Job Summary:

Principal responsibilities include:

• Authors and maintains core company labeling documents (including Core Data Sheet, Core Patient Information Leaflet, and Core Instructions for Use) in support of global marketing applications and variations.
• Leads the cross-functional Labeling team as a Labeling Strategy subject matter expert for the creation and update of labeling - for alignment and communication of labeling text at product launch.
• Authors US labeling documents (including USPI, Medication Guide, PPI, IFU) for the initial Marketing Authorization Application and updates for new indications, efficacy data, product quality changes and safety related topics. Presents to cross-functional and executive level management to obtain endorsement, as appropriate, for the proposed core document and US labeling text.
• Leads cross-functional teams (Labeling Working Group) to align on the proposed core document and US labeling text.

• For assigned products, owns, manages, and communicates a product roadmap, including collaborating with industry analysts to form competitive analysis, and with delivery, sales, and relationship management teams to determine prioritization, development and ongoing costs of delivery, and market positioning.
• For assigned products, develops the "go to market packaging". Collaborates with product marketing to develop product marketing strategies based on established product objectives, costs, and value proposition. Role Summary:

The Manufacturing Manager at the NA Pump QRCs is responsible for the day to day activities on the shop floor and direct management of the skilled labor team.  This role will work closely with the QRC Manager and the Master Scheduler to ensure that the right resources are in place to be able to meet production goals with a focus on quality and on-time performance.  The role will work closely with individual associates and team leads to develop training plans to aid in the growth and development of the operations team.  In addition, this role will be responsible for maintaining a work schedule for all associates on the team to ensure resources are available to meet customer needs.  The role will report directly to the site QRC Manager.  This position is located in the West Chicago facility.

Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible and accountable for the Pump Repair Shop operations
• Effectively lead and manage people resources as measured by safety performance, turnover, and employee development sponsorship
• Meet or exceed on-time performance
• Manage shop resources to meet labor hour budget
• Ensure all work is done efficiently following the direct and indirect guidelines
• Drive CIP culture throughout organization and meet cycle time reduction goals
• Attend and actively participate in pass gate meetings
• Work with Master Scheduler to manage order risks as well as Review and Approve routers release to the shop floor.
• Escalate parts, manpower, and capacity concerns that affect schedule to Master Scheduler and/or QRC Manager
• Review and ensure required documentation for job progress is complete
• Manage and improve COPQ, OTD, rework and scrap metrics
• Manage outsourced deliverables are on schedule, job packages are properly assembled, and scopes are clearly communicated
• Monitor capacity and initiate manufacturing outsourcing as required to meet deadlines
• Work with assigned Project Engineers, relaying job status and providing project timelines/schedules
• Participate and implement programs/procedures to improve processes, lead-time, production yields and delivery performance.
• Manage the customer experience by occasionally acting as a point of contact for orders.  Provide customer updates as requested
• Responsible for maintenance and repair of site equipment and grounds.

Qualifications:

• BS or BA Degree in relevant field OR 5-10 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement processes are a must for the position.

The Referral (SAM) is also responsible for providing account management support to accounts within a specific geography in the PCP, Podiatry, and Orthopedic marketplace with a focus on issues specific to patient identification, disease state education, and referrals to local Rheumatologists and Nephrologist.
