ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Registered Manager, you embody the culture and values of the business, and lead from the front. You will manage all aspects of the Homes daily operation, ensuring that the highest possible standard of care is provided in accordance with company policy and registration with the CQC.

Key responsibilities of the Registered Manager role will include:

o Creating a strong reliable team, train, supervise, appraise and line manage all staff for the service.
o Oversight of the nursing and support worker rotas

About the role of Care & Support Team leader

This is a fixed term position (end date 01/06/2025) covering sabbatical leave.

As a Care and Support Team Leader you will join our team, providing support to vulnerable males, living with mental health and/or complex needs in our Supported Living Accommodation in Brent.

We support individuals to develop the life skills identified in their support plans, provide safe supported accommodation and high quality of support and promote independence, by working in partnership with a range of agencies. Lastly, we assist individuals to explore appropriate housing options available to them.

You will be leading your team to enable people to live as independently as possible, reach their goals whilst supporting them to lead an active and fulfilled life. You will also be responsible for team management for annual leave, sickness and performance management, as well as team building and forward planning.

This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours a week. The role is based on a rota, with a mixture of early (8am – 4pm), late (1pm – 9am) and office shifts (9am – 5pm), including working weekends and Bank holidays.

You will be dividing your time between admin (managerial) days and support (frontline) days.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will have a passion for working closely with people with mental health and/or complex needs and want to constantly promote and support our customers’ well-being. Additionally, you will have a passion to support your direct reports to continuously learn and improve.

As a Team Leader and senior member of staff you will be efficient, motivated, and organised; being able to work to deadlines and meet set KPIs and objectives.

You will need the following skills and experience to the role:

- Effective staff management and leadership skills.

- Substantial line management experience.

- Experience of delivering support to vulnerable individuals, with mental health and/or complex needs.

- Substantial experience in creating, reviewing and implementing support plans and risk assessments.

-Substantial experience in risk management.

-Strong verbal and written communication skills.

-As all our records are recorded on a central IT system, strong IT skills are also required.

-Ability to conduct reports within a deadline.

The Role:
I am currently recruiting for proven O&M Manager for permanent / staff position in London. To be considered, the O&M Manager will need to demonstrate experience in the EPC of large-scale renewable energy projects. The successful candidate would report into the Regional Head of O&M.
Your role will involve, but not be limited to:

• To organise/arrange resources to perform Maintenance activities (subcontractors, specialised companies, suppliers)
• To support Regional Head of O&M for recruitment of local O&M personnel and startup of local O&M operations
• To support Regional Head of O&M to budget and to keep track of it
• To liaise with the engineering and construction team in technical aspects that come up during the operational phase
• To develop, implement, plan, coordinate, schedule maintenance procedures with Contractors/ inhouse teams in line with manufacturers recommendation and keeping contractual obligations

• To chase O&M subcontractors or O&M teams to address any failures/downtimes the soonest possible in order to ensure guaranteed project KPI's (PR and Availability)
• To ensure that CMMS tool is up to date and manage (open/close/update) fault tickets, keeping contractual obligations
• To liaise with the project Clients (especially the Client AM), organising regular update calls and respond to any issues for the sites raised by the project Clients (operational or non-operational)
• To assist Performance Analysts for implementation of O&M reporting (monthly, yearly)
• ?? liaise with Regional Account teams for invoices acceptance/ confirmation, contracts amendments/preparation, services, materials delivery confirmation.
• To liaise with grid operators in case of failures/scheduled outages for the projects
• To work on the FAC punch lists of the project and pursue the FAC certificate (negotiating with the clients).
• To chase up the release of WC/PAC/FAC retentions from the clients
• To expand the database of our contractors by making new collaborations after searching for new contractors
