We’re looking for an experienced treasury manager to play a crucial role in supporting our ambitious new homes programme, which aims to build approximately 11,000 homes over the next eight years. You’ll be responsible for managing the group’s loanbook, reviewing cashflow requirements, and ensuring the smooth delivery of treasury operations.

In this role, you’ll handle daily cashflow reviews across the group entities to maintain liquidity and compliance, manage short-term cashflow forecasting, and oversee monthly reporting for Treasury. You will also play a key part in preparing and submitting funder covenant returns and ensuring security compliance for loan agreements. The successful candidate will provide valuable support for the treasury committee and board, producing monthly reports, managing the security pool, and working closely with external advisors and auditors.

You will be responsible for month-end postings, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis, alongside managing the Treasury audit process and ensuring accurate reporting to investors and funders. Additionally, you will assist the treasury team with new funding analysis, produce external Treasury documents, and maintain strong working relationships with key banking, advisory, and valuation partners.

This role is available as a full time fixed term contract until the end of June 2025. You can be based from any of our main offices in Wolverhampton, Lichfield, Tewkesbury or Chipping Sodbury with regular home working available. The role requires a basic DBS.

You will have:

• Extensive post-qualification experience in a relevant professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Proven background in a finance or treasury role, delivering high-quality work to deadlines.
• Strong experience with cashflow forecasting, managing liquidity, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience in preparing reports for senior stakeholders or external audiences.
• Treasury experience is preferred but not essential.

Develop, promote, support, and deliver programmes to reduce the occurrence of Loss Events.·Participate and drive both pro-active and re-active H&S monitoring programmes to assist with achieving established key performance indicators. Audit, analyse and report Health, Safety and Wellbeing performance to internal and external stakeholders and regulatory bodies as required. Assist with all forms of hazard identification and risk control programmes to identify, assess, and control the businesses occupational Health & Safety risks. Design, deliver and oversee safety training programmes for employees at all levels to increase safety awareness, knowledge and engagement thus aiding them in fulfilling their Health, Safety and Wellbeing obligations. Work closely with the Safety teams across the Radius Systems Group to ensure sharing of best practice and alignment with wider company programmes.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record in health and safety leadership with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. You will have a NEBOSH qualified but ideally to the equivalent of NEBOSH Diploma/NVQ4 level (in health & safety). Computer literate and able to manage own workload to priorities. Have excellent written and spoken communication skills to engage with a wide range of people and to give presentations to groups in relation to health, safety, and wellbeing. Have the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure that health, safety, and wellbeing is at the forefront of all day-to-day decision making. Having patience and diplomacy are essential to ensure that operational objectives on safety, health and wellbeing are delivered in the face of potential competing priorities and have the ability to understand and analyse complex information and present it simply and accurately.

What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful applicant will be able to:

• Ensure that buildings and site are secure, including during out of school hours and take remedial action as required.

• Daily maintenance of the whole school and cleaning to part.

• Act as the designated key holder for the school premises.

• Operate and regularly check systems such as heating, cooling, lighting and security (including CCTV and alarms).

• Undertake minor repairs (i.e. those not requiring, qualified craftsperson) and maintenance of the buildings and site (including painting and decorating).

• Arrange regular maintenance, safety checks and emergency repairs.

• Oversee onsite maintenance contractors, checking that work is completed to required standards and within required timescales.

• Monitor consumables and stock and order when needed through the office staff.

• Undertake general portage duties, including moving furniture and equipment within the school.

• Perform duties in line with health and safety and COSHH regulations and take action where hazards are identified, report serious hazards to The Head Teacher immediately.

• Undertake regular health and safety checks of buildings, grounds, fixtures and fittings, (including compliance with safety regulations) and equipment, in line with other schedules.

• Basic grounds maintenance – snow clearing, salting during adverse weather, litter picking, bin emptying.
