Working with TfGM Projects Group, rail industry partners and in support of the Rail Senior Programme Manager, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day management of TfGM’s Rail programme in the development and delivery of complex multi-disciplinary rail projects;

TfGM has an exciting and ambitious Rail Programme with over £100m of investment in rail stations infrastructure over the next 4 years. TfGM’s plans include making Greater Manchester’s rail network step free by delivering a significant Access for All (AFA) Programme, delivering the first new station in Greater Manchester in over 25 years at Golborne and, supporting the integration of rail into the Bee Network.

Working as a Projects and Programme Manager within the Projects Group Function you will be working at a senior level within the existing Rail Delivery Team (currently a team of 14 project delivery colleagues) and function to provide management, leadership and direction.

You will have a track record of building productive working relationships and have the ability to engage with and influence a diverse range of stakeholders, and partners including political, professional and public audiences.

With strong verbal and written presentation skills, you should be able to communicate transport solutions at all levels, working across technical and non-technical issues.

Your Role

As our Head of Customer you will be focused on customer strategy, customer culture, customer service, engagement, insight and customer information. You'll need to understand the diversity of our current and potential customers, while engaging politicians, local communities and businesses within TfGM areas. Keeping your eye on other organisations and sectors to ensure that we are always innovating and driving continual improvement and best in class experiences. Your extensive customer strategy experience, putting the customer at the heart of organisations and driving operational and cultural change off the back of insight. You should have demonstrable experience with technology in a customer space and how it can be used to improve the customer experience and save costs. You could come from any sector with high volume/low cost transactions, often based on non-price factors - quality, convenience, comfort, safety, reliability etc, and a smaller range of products or services, with clearly defined competitors, although travel information experience would be an advantage.

Retail Stocktaking Team Leader

Salary: Up to £33,480 (£29,000-£30,000 plus £290 per month car allowance)

Location: Bournemouth

As a Retail Stocktaking Team Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end to end stock taking service while on our client's sites. We require flexible availability, as the shift lengths may vary and you will be travelling to a different client site each day. You may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.

Days: Monday - Sunday (5 in 7 day working shift pattern)

Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts.

We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an experienced Clinical Engineering Technologist to work within our Clinical Engineering team. Clinical Engineering is an essential clinical support service within our hospitals, providing whole life equipment management services for the range of medical equipment used to diagnose and treat patients throughout our hospitals. We are a dedicated team of around 35 members of staff based in workshops across the Trust.

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated individual, to lead our technical team at National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery to deliver high quality medical equipment management services to specialist neuro clinical services including Theatres and Critical Care. This post would be ideal for someone who is passionate about staff training and development and has the resilience and tenacity to ensure high standards of service performance amongst competing priorities.

The successful candidate will be supported to achieve RCT registration if they do not already hold it. The post-holder would be expected to support all team members achieve RCT registration within 3 years.

Applicants must be able to attend an on-site interview.

You will be required to work to high standards of safety and accountability and will plan and carry out scheduled preventative maintenance, servicing, non-routine repair, calibration, safety and acceptance testing on a wide range of medical equipment as well as maintenance of related computer systems. You will be a senior on-site representative of Biomedical Engineering, managing a team and overseeing communications with customers and suppliers.
