The incumbent in this position is responsible for all areas of canteen operations relating to retail, food, vending, sales, merchandising, accountability, misc. service of the canteen located in Prescott, AZ. The incumbent is responsible for a full range of personnel management, administrative controls, reviews, & processes relative to canteen operations. e.g., POGs, RPOS, inventory controls, stock schedules, food safety, sanitation, promotional programs, etc. The incumbent is responsible for attaining financial goals & implementing program objectives as established by VCSCO and/or Region Manager.
