An exciting opportunity for a Car Sales Executive within the Cardiff area has arisen for our Motor Trade Client.

Working within a fast paced showroom, the successful Car Sales Executive will be representing a premium franchise approved car dealership Automotive Brand and will be well versed in providing exceptional levels of customer service.

Duties as a Car Sales Executive will include but are not limited to:

- Maintaining an outstanding product knowledge of the cars and vehicles you are selling
- Ensuring that you are providing an excellent level of customer service
- Carrying out Vehicle Demonstrations and Test Drives
- Meeting Car Sales Targets
- Advising on and upselling on finance, insurance and accessories.

For your hard work as a Car Sales Executive for our client you can expect to earn an OTE of £45,000 per annum.

The Purpose:

As the Senior Legal Counsel this role will see you working in a collaborative environment as a Lead Business Partner to meet the legal, regulatory, risk and compliance needs of AP+ with a strong focus on supporting the business through existing and emerging payments regulation. The role is a 12-month contract position to fill a parental leave cover within the Legal Team.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Advising the business on key legal, regulatory, compliance and risk matters.
• Working closely with key internal stakeholders to support company-wide risk transformation initiatives.
• Liaising with regulators and managing regulatory requests.

In order for you to be successful in the role, you’ll have:

• 8 years + post admission experience in payments/banking regulation or financial services regulation and data privacy laws.
• Proven experience working with regulators e.g., RBA, ASIC. ACCC and/or APRA.
• Strong knowledge of AFSL, APRA Standards, AML/CTL.
• Excellent legal analytical skills with attention to detail.
• The ability to explain legal concepts in simple terms.
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
• Strong technical skills to provide commercial and pragmatic advice.

The Purpose:

As the Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will work with the Head of Technology, DevOps Team Lead, Architects and Developers to design, develop and maintain the ConnectID cloud infrastructure. You will play a key role in improving, securing and shaping the future of our infrastructure and ensuring it continues to meet the business needs.

• Automating and maintaining operations in cloud-based environments using IaC

• Strong capability in building monitoring systems for microservices and serverless workloads.
• Experience in using monitoring tools like Datadog, Dynatrace etc
• Strong containerisation skills with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud networking such as VPC, NACL ,WAF, load balancers etc.
• Knowledge of Cloud Security, Identity, Compliance and Governance best practice.
• An automation first mindset with experience in at least one scripting language.
• Implementation & maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
• Working in an environment that is Agile and test-driven.
• Working with distributed systems/microservice/severless architecture.
• Databases like Postgres, Aurora, Oracle is preferred
