The post holder is the senior full-time member of the STW EPRR Team for delivery of EPRR and Business Continuity at a strategic level across the system. They will lead internal and system level planning and response arrangements on behalf of the ICB as well as leading the ICB EPRR Training and Exercising Programme.

They will be accountable to the ICB Head of Clinical Operations & EPRR, and responsible for ensuring that the ICB complies with all relevant national standards in the NHS England EPRR Framework, and locally defined requirements.

The post holder will ensure the ICB are fulfilling the requirements under the Civil Contingencies Act (2004) as a Category 1 responder, which are organisations recognised as being the core of emergency response and are subject to the full set of civil protection duties. These include risk assessment of emergencies, to have in place emergency plans and business continuity management arrangements and a requirement to share information and cooperate with other agencies.

They will represent the ICB in a professional manner at the Local Health Resilience Partnership and lead the system participation in work streams, training and exercises. What are the Key Duties of the Sales Executive

Whilst the main focus and aim of this role is to be the standalone marketer for the business, the client has mentioned that they do all support in answering calls and therefore this would also be part of the role, but likely to be very small volumes. Full product training will be given, some of this will be in their European head office so some travel will be required.

• This will involve things like designing flyers, assisting in writing press releases, social media updates and any additional marketing that you feel comfortable and confident in supporting with.

• Receiving requests for samples and arranging for them to be sent out – also creating first class samples brochures for those key accounts.
• Looking into awarding bodies to see what awards they can be considered for. They have already won many awards for the quality of their products.
• Receiving calls and emails from clients/ customers.
• Answering their queries and processing their orders into the CRM system.
• Sending out order confirmations and acknowledgments.

Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone who is bright, dynamic and keen to be part of a growing business where you can add real value. From the marketing side, we are looking for someone who is confident in marketing and design, where you can come up with new ideas and know how to implement them. We are also keen to find someone who is happy working in a small but growing UK team where you are happy to take some of the calls when they come in and help the wider business.
