• Provide updates on events in the pipeline during weekly meetings.
• Work closely with Head of Events to understand the P&L structure.
• Create event pages using our CRM system and upload key information related to these.t
• Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes
• Research market, identify event opportunities and interest generation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Accounts Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with fiscal regulations, and managing payroll processes. Our ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment and demonstrates a profound capability in financial management. This is a work-from-home arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Expertly handle accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and assist in the preparation of financial statements.
• Monitor financial transactions and reports; process adjustments as needed.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary.
• Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems.
• Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors during routine audits.
• Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial records efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications:

• Qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience, with a proven track record of handling comprehensive financial records including payroll.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision in handling accounting data.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Be able to handle payroll and CPF
• Must be PR/Singaporean
