Hours – 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Occasional evening & weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing:

The Transitional Support team are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their team. The team focuses on providing care, 5 days a week, for clients in both (staffed projects and houses out in the community) shared houses and flats, creating a comfortable, safe and pleasant environment while helping residents work towards more independent living in the future. The position will require occasional evening and weekend work as required in accordance with the shift rota.

As a Senior Mental Health Support Worker, you will be responsible for leading shifts, medication management, delegate tasks, manage incidents, monitor the health & safety of the project and residents. You will mentor support workers, leading by positive example alongside having your own case load. You will be responsible for providing person-centred support to clients with serious mental illness including adults who have a primary diagnosis of a psychotic illness often with one or more coexisting conditions such physical health issues, neurodiversity, drugs & alcohol use and cognitive impairment.

Lead shifts, delegating set diarised and daily tasks
Take the lead during incidents, safeguarding and complaints in the absence of the manager, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered.
Ensure all staff are completing relevant health and safety tasks
Mentor new support workers through induction including the completion of the Care Certificate and medication training. Complete the care certificate assessors training.
Work within a One Team Approach and ensure this culture permiates through out the team and lead by example.
Respond to service phone queries and requests from both internal and external customers in a timely manner and delegating where appropriate to other members of the team.
Undertake assessments of referrals and attend regular assessment and risk management training.
Provide emotional support, encouragement, and practical assistance to residents with daily living activities. This may include medication assistance, engaging with interests, education, accessing community groups/facilities, employment, teaching life skills such as shopping, budgeting, using public transport and skills such as planning to prepare and cook meals, maintain accommodation.
Ensure risk is continuously assessed and risk management plans are kept up to date
Comply and remain up to date with all safeguarding policies and procedures for both Adults and Children and Young People

The Marketing Executive is an essential role within the Marketing Team, helping us to develop and execute lifecycle, triggered and automated omni-channel campaigns using email, SMS, Content and Social. This role is responsible for creating and implementing strategies to drive occupancy, build brand awareness and improve community engagement using digital and offline.

This role has the option to be office based or hybrid, with some days in the office and some days working from home. Main Roles & Responsibilities:
-Execute and manage lifecycle, triggered and automated omni-channel campaigns using email, SMS as well as Content and Social

-Identify and create campaigns to create and drive enquiries using our CRM logged B2B and B2C customer data, using segmentation to identify key areas of focus

Selection Criteria:

-This role will be based in the Wilmslow office but there will be a requirement to travel as and when required to our homes

-Evidence of experience of supporting digital campaigns for health care or using CRM data

-Previous experience of digital, email or SMS marketing tools would be an advantage

-Experience of creating and developing campaigns based on CRM driven data would be an advantage

-Experience of WordPress would be helpful but not essential

-Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook

The role - Senior Quantity Surveyor

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be heading up a large £50m new build hotel and fit out project in Stockport. You will be reporting into the Commercial Manager and will be responsible for managing and supporting the commercial team with the following duties:

• Preparation of bills and/or schedules for quantities of materials, labour and services required in the construction and refurbishment of building works in relation to both Estimating and Post contract duties.
• Cost reporting.
• Preparation and valuation of progress and submission to client.
• Sub-contract procurement including sending out enquiries, collating prices, negotiation, order placement.
• Sub-contract valuations and payments in connection with any contract.
• Maximise cash flow through timely preparation of valuations, submission of invoices and receipt of payment.
• Manage prompt preparation and settlement of final accounts, including variations, claims and disputes.
• Identify, manage, reduce, and drive out unnecessary costs and inefficient activities.
• Monitor and manage subcontract costs to ensure that the project meets and/or exceeds targets.
• Monitor resources and costs to ensure that the project meets and / or exceeds targets, including but not limited to the scheduling of labour resources.
