supervision for licensure of for specialty certifications, to include but not limited to in-service education & continuing education presentations.

competency, productivity and continuing education.

As a Senior Workforce and Career Development Specialist for the Biological & Physical Science (Laboratory) Career Community, you will perform Career Broadening assignments/duties:

• Serve as a Senior Workforce and Career Development Specialist under the Chief, Career Community Support Team
• Develop, maintain, and implement the talent management and career development plan for the assigned career community.
• Provide a central focus for an enterprise approach to employee development by integrating programs and processes into long-range business plans and talent management requirements.
• Directly support the assigned Career Community Leader and the Career Community Panel, made up of leaders from the assigned career community, and the Chief, Career Community Support Team.
• Collaborate and partner with internal and external stakeholders and serve as a technical expert in the assigned career community.

Conducts Commercial Sponsorship and Commercial Advertising. Compiles list of viable annual events and programs to seek commercial sponsorship. Develops solicitation packet and solicits sponsorship from local, regional, national and international sponsors. Negotiates mutually beneficial sponsorship terms and executes all supporting documents. Coordinates with the installation's Staff Judge Advocate to ensure terms of each sponsorship agreement follows all procedural guidance, regulations and policies. Ensures AF and sponsor compliance with sponsorship agreement. Attends events and serves as point of contact for sponsors at event. Compiles and provides sponsor with copies of subsequent publicity and develops appropriate thank you letter and after-action report. Stays current on all aspects of administration of the Commercial Sponsorship and Advertising program. Identifies advertising vehicles to market under marketing program. Develops pricing and rate structure for paid advertising in Services publications, point of sale venues and collateral materials such as placemats, bowling center scoring screens and golf course tees. Negotiates terms of advertising agreement and executes all supporting documents. Tracks payment of advertising to ensure proper accountability and credit to Services Fund. Stays current on all aspects of administration of the marketing program. Performs other related duties as assigned.

DUTY 1:Serves as the executive advisor on programs and initiatives within the group.

.DUTY 2:Represents the senior ART concerning group plans, special events, projects, etc., to communicate senior ART's policies and to explain the interests of the group in regard to local activities or projects.

Engages in coordination with the VA and community agencies, organizations, and groups as to learn of current services, resources and/or benefits available for homeless veterans.
Actively participates in the HUD/VASH conference calls and participates in other relevant conference calls and/or meetings as assigned.

As a Senior Advisor (Change Management) you will:

• Coordinate, facilitate, and oversee a portfolio of enterprise-wide transformation and change management projects and initiatives that support CDC strategies to create and sustain a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement in the workplace.
• Provide guidance and leadership to CDC Centers, Institute, and Offices (CIOs) and Agency for Toxic Substances Disease Registry (ATSDR) in establishing an enterprise change management framework and developing and implementing trainings and communications.
