COM promotes Asia-Europe cooperation by raising awareness and knowledge about ASEF, ASEM and Asia-Europe relations. Aimed at a diverse range of constituencies including the media and general public, COM’s activities foster greater mutual understanding between Asia and Europe. Among the seven thematic areas of ASEF, COM is responsible for Media. Robotic Process Automation (RPA), also managed by the team, frees up healthcare professionals to work on higher value-added tasks by automating repetitive processes.

This role involves the support and handling of the administration of Power Platform and essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, monitoring platform performance, running of reports, and ensuring compliance with internal guardrails and best practices. Plays an important role in delivering high-quality service and support to various levels of internal users. Conducts technical and analytical work

• Manage the overall administration of Power Platform (including but not limited to Power Apps and Power Automate)

• Help guide teams to effective use of Power Platform

• Propose and run required reports for routine monitoring

• Ensure compliance with guardrails and other governance policies

• Understand business difficulties to provide solutions by applying problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Keep abreast of new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends

• Automate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate

• Tertiary qualification in IT, Business or related disciplines

• Certifications in Power Platform

• Experience with M365 and cloud technologies will be an advantage

• Good professional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently, and cope in a dynamic environment

Responsibilties:

· Responsible for daily trade operations which encompass end-to-end order processing and delivery.

· Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of contracts and deliveries.

· Ensuring compliance with trade regulations and optimizing efficiency in order processing.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, deliveries, and transactions, ensuring all documentation meets internal and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma/Degree

· Highly detailed and meticulous

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel
