Sundays(rotational): 10:00am - 3:00pm

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, an expanding telecoms company, for a Retail Sales Executive to join their team. As a Retail Sales Executive, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in-store, ensuring customers find the right products and services to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance in a friendly and
professional manner
- Identify customer requirements by asking the right questions and offering tailored
solutions
- Advise customers on products and services in-store, over the phone, or via email
- Cross-sell products and services to help drive sales
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to ensure accurate advice is given
- Maintain a clean and professional retail environment, ensuring stock is organised and
secure
- Provide excellent customer service at all times and ensure customer satisfaction
Work towards individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the
store

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment (telecoms experience is desirable)
- A keen interest in technology and telecommunications
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to solve problems efficiently
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A professional and presentable appearance at all times

The Role:

Main Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal clients and external partners to identify and deliver organisational technical requirements for network services. Provide technical advice to non-specialist users and support information management and technology projects that are running across the organisation.
  

• Develop, maintain, manage and co-ordinate all network related design activities, processes and resources. Ensure the consistent and effective delivery of GMCA networks with consideration to service management information systems, architectures, processes and metrics.
  
• Take responsibility for promoting, maintaining and monitoring network security and ensure that it’s at the forefront of activities.
  

• Ensure the delivery of high quality network support to meet the organisation’s objectives and service levels.

As a Senior EICA Engineer for Mott MacDonald Bentley you will be working in a creative and challenging environment, delivering a wide range of projects across our United Utilities framework.

MMB are among one of seven partners that will support United Utilities to deliver £3bn worth of upgrades to critical infrastructure assets including water and wastewater treatment sites, pumping stations and reservoirs within the North West during the AMP8 period.

The organisation is now recruiting for a Business Analyst on the Retail side of the business which acts as a Systems Integrator for a large retail business, operating an integrated retail solution. This encompasses point of sale, back-office retail functionality, warehouse management, supply chain, distribution and data warehousing. * Multi site and international experience is an advantage.

* Professional BA certification is desirable.
