We’re on the search for a Digital Marketing Executive to join us at our Hemel support centre and share our passion to make one of the UK’s most-loved hospitality brands the best it can possibly be.

Warner hotels offers unique UK breaks specialising in giving its guests a variety to choose from including, yummy food, activities like crafts and archery, to great live entertainment and relaxing spa treatments. The brand is evolving and growing, and we need a great team to go on this journey with us.
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our in-house channel team at Warner hotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing activity to reach the target audience, achieve business goals, and optimising channels to maximise performance.
This role will work closely with the Senior Channel Marketing Manager to understand the quarterly budgets and targets, understand the marketing campaign plans, and determine the best use of Digital marketing channels to achieve the targets and goals.
What will I be doing?
Execute the digital marketing activity to achieve business performance targets, with a particular focus toward new guests
Develop reusable templates and toolkits to reduce creative production overhead, and ensuring creative consistency
Optimise digital media spend to maximise our reach and generate demand via our website and contact centre, to achieve annual targets in holiday sales revenue
Analyse and optimise performance of all digital marketing channels, including executing short term tactics to address specific trading challenges.
Ensure effective guest journeys from marketing channels to the website, increasing the number of guests who book online
What Skills Do I Need?
Requires a basic understand of digital marketing channels
Able to manage budgets
Good analytics skills to analyse performance and report results
High level of collaboration and team work
Be able to influence peers in the team
Be able to present proposals and results to Managers
