Motion Graphics (MG) Design Consultants are instrumental in creating impactful digital experiences and products for our commercial and public sector clients.  Motion Graphics designers support clients and account teams through end-to-end design and development of digital products, including videos and animations.  MG designers will incorporate strong program management, video editing, digital asset management, strategic planning, process improvement, and performance management to deliver top notch products.

What You Will Do:

Support Video Production Workstream (50%)

• Support a video production workstream as part of a larger engagement

• Support and develop motion graphics assets from start to finish (from brainstorming and storyboarding development to final edits and end-product)

• Organize digital assets

• Implement accessibility measures such as closed captioning

• Incorporate feedback from account teams and clients into final products

Support Client Engagement Activities (40%)

• Develop trusted relationships with clients

• Develop impactful visualizations, presentations, and client briefs

• Support communications for internal and external client stakeholders

• Provide weekly status updates on project progress to project manager and/or client

Support team and firm growth (10%)

• Support business development activities, including creating marketing collateral, writing, and reviewing proposals, and participating in sales meetings as subject matter experts (SME)

What You Will Need:

• US Citizenship is contractually required for this role

• US equivalent Bachelor’s degree (4yr college degree)

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products including Photoshop and Illustrator, strong Premiere Pro skills and After Affects skills

Job Summary: 

The Network Administrator participates in all phases of the network system lifecycle including design, implementation, testing and deployment of quality software and hardware. Furthermore, they oversee network design, enhancements, and upgrades for improved performance and reliability. The energy transition requires trillions of dollars of investment to fund clean energy generation, energy storage, transmission, and grid upgrades, EV charging, building decarbonization, and more.  Financing these projects is critical priority for national, federal, state, and local organizations. You will work with public sector institutions to help ensure that capital is deployed wisely and ensure that risks are appropriately assessed and compensated.  

Key responsibilities include: 

• Performing project and/or corporate finance due diligence and analysis on projects in the clean energy and mobility sectors to assess their financial feasibility and risk with respect to financial performance, operation, management, governance, and legal, and achievement of expected financial outcome.

• Evaluating project business plans for reasonableness and confirming that the plan’s financing requirements, structure, and funding plan are reasonable and consistent with industry norms.

• Reviewing financial and commercial elements and structure of contractual arrangements (e.g. Offtake, EPC, O&M, Input etc.) and confirming they are reasonable and consistent with industry norms.

• Confirming that financial data, forecasts, and assumptions in the business plan align with key contractual terms and they are reasonable and accurately reflected in the project financial model.

• Identifying and assessing project risks and advising on mitigation strategies

• Working collaboratively with market and technical advisors to advance client objectives

• Assisting the client in loan negotiations by evaluating financial impacts of terms under negotiation and advising on mitigation strategies.

• Assisting the client with preparation and review of credit approval documents, including risk and recovery matrices and Credit Committee and/or Board Presentations.

What You Will Achieve

You will represent Pfizer as an approval liaison in the regulatory affairs team. You will play the critical role of providing strategic product direction to teams while interacting with regulatory agencies and negotiating with them to expedite approval of pending registrations. Due to your expertise, you will be the regulatory liaison on the project team throughout the product lifecycle and a regulatory representative to marketing or research project teams and government regulatory agencies. Your understanding of regulatory procedures will help in development of submission of product registration, progress reports, supplements, amendments and periodic experience reports.

How You Will Achieve It

• Contribute to the completion of complex projects, manage own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for work activities on own projects within a team.
• Provide input to the relevant stakeholders for the development of products in-line with business objectives, ensuring strategies are adequately reflected in relevant country plans {e.g., business development or manufacturing supply) & alignment is achieved between regulatory activities and relevant country business/commercial plans.
• Support Regulatory Affairs group development and maintain internal regulatory databases, tracking and document management systems.
• Provide regulatory inputs for the approval of promotional materials following applicable regulatory requirement, Pfizer policies, procedures, and practices.
• Review technical supportive information for submission to support change.
• Ensure compliance and consistency of product labels with local requirements.
• Represent the regulatory team at cross-functional team meetings, where required.
• Escalate any issues or concerns within the functional line and/or relevant leadership for adjudication.
• Ensure assigned projects of manufacturing/packaging site are approved on agreed timeline and closely communicate with site/Logistics to ensure smooth of supply.
• Oversee and manage the completion of clinical trial applications.
• Supports Query and commitment management in collaboration relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain licenses in compliance with local regulations by ensuring that corporate regulatory processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and systems are in place, and that staff are trained in these systems and procedures.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in regulatory affairs or in a regulated industry
• Proven ability to manage complex regulatory issues and consistently deliver to time and quality standards
• In-depth knowledge of the current health regulatory framework for drug regulatory procedures
• Problem solving skills, strong detail, quality and compliance orientation
• Good verbal and written communication skills and fluent in English
• Proficient computer skills, e.g. MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet, database use

Nice-to-Have

• Master's degree
• Relevant pharmaceutical experience
• Strategic thinking with good project management skills
