Main duties of the job The CYP IAPT Recruit to Train programme involves both academic learning, coursework and supervised clinical practice. Alongside this, the post holder will work with colleagues in a specialist CFHD pathway, building relationships and wider skills in working children and young people with complex emotional and mental health needs in the community. This will include evidence-based assessment and outcome-monitored interventions in conjunction with the training. There will also be opportunities to engage in Participation and service development as well as contributing to service delivery within the team as required. The role:
As a Senior BIM and Digital Engineer, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. The Senior BIM and Information Management is a key enabler in support of exciting Major Infrastructure Projects within Devonport. This is an opportunity to excel in a business with huge growth.

Day-to-day:
You'll be modelling authoring, federation, clash management, COBie, IFC and classification delivery. You will be responsible for maintaining a defined and structured set of BIM objects contained within a wider BIM data set.

• Ensuring the Business Unity BIM Standards are applied to the project and following the Delivery Team BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Providing BIM authoring support to the project, using the appropriate technology as prescribed in the Delivery Team BEP. Model authoring - ability to author BIM models to support BIM maturity and supporting activities within design packages as defined in the project responsibility matrix.
• Linking BIM models from other task teams and accessing the latest models from the Common Data Environment (CDE). Supporting the information exchanges within the CDE solution.
• Producing high quality - families, objects that are parametric based and suitable for the native authoring platforms. Supporting model and content management activities to support digital re-use objectives. Contributing and ensuring model content is appropriately developed and supporting the configuration management principals.
• Referencing as necessary and applying the BIM Authoring standards outlined in the Business Unit Project Information Standards.

This role is full time 35, hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.

Essential experience of the Senior BIM and Digital Engineer:

• The senior BIM and Digital engineer should have extensive knowledge in the use of the key authoring platforms outlined in the MIP Exchange Information Requirement (EIR). This includes, Revit, Naviswork, AutoCAD, Inventor, Civils 3d - Must be able to create content in these platforms for the purposes of the project.
• Awareness or experience of Solibri, Synchro, Dynamo, and NBS (specification) is preferable.
• Design and Construction experience background i.e. civil, structural, architectural and MEP or similar.
• Shall have knowledge of ISO 19650 standards
• The post holder must be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge and skills required in the process of BIM throughout the design and construction lifecycle.

Qualifications for the Senior BIM and Digital Engineer:
HNC, Diploma, Degree in a relevant discipline.

Overall Purpose of the Role To lead and manage the comprehensive and effective delivery of clerical and administrative support to all care services at local hospice site and support the wider care administration team as required. To supervise paid and voluntary administrative support staff. To take responsibility for at least one specific Care based administrative CHSW wide task as required. Main Tasks Care of children and families To recognise the key purpose of the provision of care within CHSW. To respond to children and families in an appropriate and sensitive way and to ensure their queries receive prompt attention. Administration support for key care and medical staff To lead on the establishment, development, implementation, and management of efficient administrative systems for the care services at the hospice. To take the lead role in providing secretarial and administrative support to the Care Services at the hospice. To ensure that incoming mail is opened, processed, and distributed for Care on the day it arrives at CHSW. Deal with all phone enquiries in a courteous and helpful manner, with particular sensitivity to the needs of children and families. Accept incoming phone calls and transfer calls or take messages as appropriate. To pass phone messages on at the earliest opportunity according to the system agreed. To receive visitors in a welcoming manner To accurately produce letters, reports, or other documentation. To produce information, data and reports when required. Work with the Central Care Administration Team, PA Executive, Clinical Information System Team, and IT Team to ensure clear and effective communication and workstreams. Work with the Central Care Administration Team to provide support where necessary. Supporting any administration cover required for CHSW care due to demand, illness and vacancy to support service continuity. Administration relating to children and families use of hospice To be responsible for the administration of the Referral Process ; processing all referrals promptly: acknowledging letters immediately; recording information directly and accurately onto the care database; attending the weekly referral meetings and making records of decisions made and action to be taken. To be responsible for the coordination, administration and documentation of family bookings at the hospice including the supporting correspondence and database input. Oversee the children and family information available, both in paper and digitally, up to date and accessible to all. Administration support for care staff To provide administration support to the Care Team for project work, including the preparation of resource files; the production of charts and other care documents. As part of the role, you will support the provision of strategic property advice across National Highways offices and operational estate.

This role will be worked on a hybrid basis, with regular travel to our Exeter office. The successful candidate will need to travel to estates at various points when required.

What you'll be leading on

• Provide advice on property acquisitions and disposals and on Landlord/Tenant issues to maintain the value and condition of the Estate.
• Deal with day-to-day case work on complex/high value property transactions.
• Support the Principal Estates Surveyor on the programme and project management for the delivery of complex/high value works.
• Manage specific activities of the company's property supply chain (professional real estate advisors, agents, and solicitors).
• Build and manage strong relationships with project managers and their teams by providing reliable, accurate and professionally-sound property advice.

To be successful you'll need

• Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with extensive previous experience of estates/property strategy, property acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant's matters.
