We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join an industry leading company in Chepstow.
This is a great opportunity to join in this newly created position as the company goes through an exciting period of growth due to recent acquisitions.
As Executive Assistant you will:
- Manage the administration and scheduling requirements of the Chairman and CEO on a day-to-day basis
- Schedule and attend board meetings and taking minutes.
- Co-ordinate complex schedules by managing diaries, organising meetings and appointments, using your in-depth knowledge to proactively prioritise and de-conflict any clashes.
- Be responsible for managing high volume inboxes, by using your breadth of expertise to action incoming emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare corporate documents, including meeting packs and accurate minutes.
- Arrange travel (often international), processing of expenses, and complying with our trade control and gift/hospitality policies.
- Support the wider Leadership Team with ad-hoc requests from time to time
Essential skills you will need for this position:
- Board Level or Senior Management Level experience as a EA or PA
- Time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Discretion and trustworthiness
- Ability to think outside of the box with a sense of urgency.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Business sense
- Organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
