Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Ideate, design and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals
· Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with Creative Directors and both in-house resources and third-party vendors
· Develop disruptive creative that meets both our clients’ objectives as well as our business objectives, maintaining the company’s expected levels of creative excellence and professionalism
· Collaborate effectively with your Creative Directors, peers, Account Management, Planners to develop disruptive and iconic work
· Present, share and review creative work with the Design Creative Director, Executive Creative Director/s, Account Management and Planning Leads as well as members of the Management Team
· Create iconic design independently, as well as in a team
· Maintain accurate timesheets that are completed by required deadlines
Communication Skills
· Communicate effectively and clearly, both orally and in writing, in English
· Communicate clearly & honestly with managers, peers and clients
· Must begin to develop excellent presentation skills
Client Relationships
· Contribute positively to client relationships at a mid to senior client level
· Possibly present and sell original creative work to clients of all levels
Qualifications
· Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts/Design, Advertising Communications or equivalent design experience
· A minimum of 2 years working experience as a Designer
· Skilled and proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Keynote
