and resolving any queries as they may arise. Being a team player within a close-knit team, supporting the contact of customers to
introduce Stevenswood’s wider products and services and assisting with general branch operations.





Skills and Experience:

* Product knowledge is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
* Full Driving License (Advantageous)
* Ability in building strong business relationships and rapport within a trade environment.
* Being a team player and delivering great customer service - finding solutions and thinking on your feet
* Ability to load/unload deliveries which involves an element of heavy lifting
* Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a drive to earn bonus.
* Confident IT user - training on Window Designer and IT systems will be provided.
