A Junior Designer is responsible for producing high-quality project design deliverables in both FF&E and construction documents.

A Junior Designer can contribute to all phases of development, including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. They modify and revise existing designs to meet client needs or enhance design quality. Additionally, they research and stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices to ensure our designs remain innovative and effective.

They report to the Design Project Manager or Senior Designer on tasks and deliverables and work directly with them to ensure the facilitation of a project’s completion—on time, on/under budget, and meeting the company’s quality standards.

Schematic Design

3D Artist Impression Drawings / Mood Boards / Design Planning

1.  Knows 3D Max & Vray standards and applies them.
2. Strong design concepts; provide professional ideas from design perspectives.
3. Responsible for proposing and conceptualizing the interior architecture design work for retail, food & beverage, commercial, hospitality, and residential projects.
4. Able to set up new design mood boards.
5. Able to plan the new space planning, detail development, render development & FF&E guideline, and review.

Design Development

CAD Documentation Requirements

1. Knows CAD standards and applies them.
2. Block up elevations from drawings with accuracy.
3. Thorough and accurate at redline pick-ups.
4. Clouds and notes revisions on drawing/spec modifications.
5. Able to draw and tag finished plans and elevations that meet the firm’s standards.
6. Able to produce basic sections and details of millwork and furniture.

FF&E Specification Requirements

1. Scan/Save images and format for specification.
2. Format actual specs on sheets.
3. Format a completed spec book including index sheets and contacts
4. Interpret what is needed for the ‘look’ and select appropriate FF&E items.
5. Draw simple custom furniture drawings and details.
6. Know how to produce drapery and bedding drawings, custom upholstered furniture, case goods, lighting, and custom furniture. Produce all drawings for fabrication in CAD.

Colors & Materials

1. Know how to produce color & materials boards.
2. Knows to source for products (uses, pricing, appropriateness)
3. Selects appropriate FF&E products for review that capture the look and attitude as well as durability and pricing.
4. Shows good eye for color and materials.
5. Looks for fresh ideas rather than pieces that ‘work’.

Requirement

1. Possess a minimum of Diploma
2. Minimum of at least a year (1 year) of related experience in a relevant field.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop, and other related software.

Tax Litigation, Consultation, Reconciliation.

The Assistant Driller is a first line supervisor whose main duties are to direct and instruct the crew in the proper way to perform their duties and assigned tasks. This position is responsible for all operations pertaining to the drilling and completion of the well, including the circulating, rotating, hoisting, well control systems. It is the Assistant Driller’s responsibility to ensure that the work is performed safely, efficiently and according to procedure. The Assistant driller also takes total ownership of everything on the drilling location.

Essential Functions:

• Provide visible leadership with Total Ownership attitude. Owns safety standards.
• Supervise and ensure the safety of drilling crew as well as efficient operations during tour of duty. Assisting Driller with daily responsibilities and routinely communiticating with driller and client.
• Enforce, clarify, and follow Company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Follow the client’s daily drilling plans.
• Promote operational excellence through procedural discipline.
• Ensure crews achieve Company and client competency standards.
• Train and supervise crew members on standard operating procedures to include, but not limited to, proper care and maintenance of the rig and drill string, including lubrication of equipment and housekeeping.
• Delegate work effectively with a clear definition of requirements and expectations.
• Responsible for morale and order within crew.
• Ensure Authorized To Operate (ATO) and Approved Competent Operator (ACO) are applied and followed.
• Ensure timely completion of accurate reports required by Company and client (including but not limited to daily drilling reports, pre-tour reports, hand-over notes, etc.).
• Update the well control board on a tourly basis.
• Maintain complete records of all tools and tubular run into the hole while drilling and/or reaming (including made up lengths, tool joints OD, ID, serial numbers).
• Track rotating hours on tubular/BHA/Tools.
• Maintain records of footage drilled, location and nature of strata penetrated, materials and tools used, services rendered and time required.
• Monitor drilling parameters and alarm systems.
• Monitor hole fill operations while tripping, logging, cutting drilling line or running casing.
• Record pickup, slack-off, rotating weights, and other drilling parameters.
• Operate drilling equipment.
• Maintain and adjust machinery in order to ensure proper and safe performance.
• Ensure floor and crown savers are function-tested and that testing results are recorded tourly.
• Ensure proper alignment of choke manifold and BOP remote console.
• Ensure performance of daily checks on FOSV, Kelly cock valve, IBOP, BPV.
• Secure well during well control events emergencies and drills.
• Install and record pressure testing of BOPE.
• Ensure rig equipment and locations are secured prior to rig moves.
• Comply with emergency response plan or Work Safe Procedures during emergencies and/or drills.
• Clean the mast and substructure with a high-pressure steam cleaning unit and/or high pressure wash gun.
• Performs scrubbing and cleaning of rig equipment and drilling packages as required with rig wash.
• Performs chipping and painting on drilling packages and equipment as required.
• Perform additional duties, responsibilities, and special projects as may be directed.
