The Opportunity
This is your opportunity to bring your amazing skills and experience, to be part of delivering Financial Advice services to our customers.
An Advice Assistant listens and understands the kind of financial advice customers are seeking, and matches them with the most appropriate Financial Planner.
To do this successfully you will:
- Provide excellent customer engagement through contacting prospective customers, leading the referral process and assisting with customer queries over the phone
- Collaborate with different parts of the business to support business initiatives
- Work across teams to deliver consistent processes and support the delivery of targets / SLAs
- Build your knowledge of the Advice industry, legislative changes and attend professional development and compliance training sessions
- Be curious and interested to continuously grow your knowledge and learning
- Work autonomously at times as well as collaboratively
- Have the ability to work a flexible schedule with altering start/finish times
Successful applications will demonstrate:
- Previous experience working in a call centre / client facing role
- Experience within the insurance or financial services industries is highly desireable
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Well developed rapport building and customer engagement skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Well developed skills in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Teams
