Company Description Role: Jnr Sous Chef (term-time only)
Rate of pay: £26 - £28,000 per annum
Working pattern: Monday - Friday (8am-4:30pm with occasional opportunity for paid overtime)

Job Description At the heart of our business are our people, and we are searching for an experienced Junior Sous Chef with a background in delivering exceptional food catering services. You’ll be working in one of our prestigious education settings, where your expertise will be valued and celebrated.
To excel in this role, you’ll need:

Qualifications - Have a progressive career to date
- Be up to date with current food trends
- Have a real passion for food and customer service
- Have good Health & Safety knowledge
- Be able to work within set budgets
- Know how to cost and plan menus accurately
- Be familiar with training and coaching a team
