What is the job role?The Headteacher and Governing Body at Moat House Primary School is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, reliable, caring and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team.
You will support the class teacher and work with the children in the classroom, to help them access teaching and learning and achieve their full potential, this may include working with small groups of children under the guidance of the class teacher. You should have good literacy and numeracy skills and a good level of knowledge and understanding of SEND and experience working with children with a range of needs.
Hours: 35 hours per week – 8:30 am-4:00 pm (30 minutes unpaid lunch break) – Monday to Friday, term time only)
Who are we looking for? - An experienced Teaching Assistant (minimum of NVQ Level 2)
