Outline of the role

The Retail Apprenticeship will involve working in our store as a full -time team member, helping with every aspect of creating a great customer experience and learning about how a retailer operates their business. • To act as a key holder, carrying out security procedures for the buildings and grounds.
• Unlock the site, carry out security procedures for grounds, premises and their contents during
  routine and non-routine opening and closing of premises.
• To have a working knowledge of intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, BMS etc. and to be the
  first responder to any alarms during normal working hours and to participate in rota for out of
  site hours.
• Manage the PPM Planner for the site and update the planner daily
• Enhanced DBS from past three years

Job Description:

Responsible for providing assistance to special education teachers; assists in the instruction, medical, and health needs of special education students; provides some clerical support; may provide assistance with a variety of daily functions such as behavior support as well as life skills instruction; implement daily and long range lessons; assists students with daily functions such as food preparation, hand over hand or tube feeding, toileting; etc. Collaborates and consults with special needs team and other specialists. Develops and promotes good community relations among various community members and school clientele.

Experience in an educational environment preferred; verbal and written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions; computer skills word processing; database and spreadsheets. The location of this position is based on student need and is subject to change as needed.
