Performs and/or assists in the operation and maintenance of the golf course pro shop, driving range, course starter, course marshal, car rental, club storage and caddy activities. Provides patron guidance for selection of golf equipment and merchandise. Recommends appropriate level of golf instruction to interested patrons. Encourages patron interest in scheduled golf events and tournaments. Schedules tee times, golf clinics, lessons and tournaments.

Assists patrons with golf club rental, assigns golf carts, sells pro-shop merchandise, processes patron special orders, and informally demonstrates equipment usage. Explains course safety rules and regulations to patrons.

Receives and logs merchandise and creates merchandise displays. Ensures all sales, fees and charges are rung up on the cash register. Responsible for maintaining the pro shop in a neat, clean and orderly condition. Ensures only authorized patrons use golf course and facilities. Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the 355 Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) Personal Property and Passenger Travel Section, ensuring that traffic management support complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
• Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
• Represents the 355 Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) Personal Property and Passenger Travel Section with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
• Personal Property Shipment and Storage-In-Transit. Provides documentation, counseling, entitlement,
  determination, method, mode, rate, and routing determinations ensuring lowest overall cost method/mode is used
  and in accordance with (IAW) established guidelines.
• Passenger Movement. Administers the local implementation of Department of Defense (DoD) Contract City Pairs Program, ensuring the lowest cost mode of travel is utilized.
• Contracting. Serves as the Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE) for personal property contracts.

• Performing the intake and processing of personnel security special project and pre-employment packages to be routed and adjudicated for a pre-employment determination and to establish entry-on-duty.
• Initiating and scheduling initial background investigations and reinvestigations for suitability adjudication and/or the granting of a security clearance.
• Interpreting and applying security and suitability guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Processing employee and contractor Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credentials in accordance with the requirements of publication FIPS-201 and other applicable government directives.
• Assisting both Personnel Security Specialists and Supervisory Personnel Security Specialists in the performance of their assigned duties.

• Assists in providing recruitment and placement service for perspective applicants during the pre-employment session to include completion of documents and fingerprinting.
• Maintains Entry on Duty Tracker
• Checks items of information for conformance to applicable laws, regulations, etc. Contacts appropriate sources to secure missing data or documents.
• Provides specific items of information to NAF employees regarding personnel matters including, but not limited to, insurance, retirement, 401 (k), unemployment compensation, workers' compensation, and awards, found in commonly used regulations, instructions, or manuals.
• In-process new employees, providing an overview of employee benefits and assisting in the completion of employment documents.
• Maintains Official Personnel Folders, position control registers, office files, group insurance files, and ensure official personal files are mailed to the designated agency.
• Responsible for processing security checks to include installation records check, state criminal history repository checks, and national agency checks.
• Inputs personnel data into the automated NAF personnel data system to process a variety of personnel actions.
• Complete required data for Employment Verifications.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
