What You’ll Get to Do:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Office Assistant to support multiples task areas to include: Reception/Office Assistant, Day 1 Coordinator, and Facilities support.
Day One Coordinator.
Welcome and indoctrinate new hire employees to include:
Complete and route required SAARs and associated forms.
Complete and route CACI badge request and head-shot photo.
Request RSA tokens for new employees.
Ensure New employees work area is ready on day 1.
Create Personnel folders on shared drive.
Perform citizenship verification/I-9.
Coordinate fingerprinting.
Facility responsibilities:
Perform Inventory and Tracking of all government assets.
Complete and update property passes.
Perform monthly AED inspection.
Monitor and restock first aid kits.
FEDEX shipping and tracking.
Liaison with property management.
Update and route Rent Report monthly.
Admin/Office Assistant
Act as visitor reception.
Greet visitors.
Monitor and track mandatory training.
Assist with updating and monitoring Divisional Travel and Leave Calendar.
Ensure Printer Room is maintained and stocked.
Monitor printer paper levels daily.
Issue and inventory visitor badges.
Receive packages.
Check USPS mail.
Prepare FEDEX shipments.
Ensure kitchens are stocked.
Order office & kitchen supplies.
Track office supply purchases.
Assist in various report generation.
Assist in meeting scheduling.
Assist in taking meeting notes.
