The post holders will obtain a Post Graduate Diploma in Children and Young Peoples Increasing Access to Psychological Services (CYP-IAPT) (1 year course) alongside experience of CAMHS service for 0-18 year olds from a range of child populations. Back On Track (H&F NHS Talking Therapies) are offering several places on the London-wide NHS Talking Therapies for trainee Cognitive-Behavioural Therapists. Please note this role will involve working with the adult population.

If you are an experienced mental health or social care worker with a recognised professional qualification working in a mental health setting (see core professionals list on the BABCP website), or a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience, this course gives you the training you need to become an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT Therapist) via the BABCP route.

Since launching in 2009, Back on Track has become a well-established successful NHS Talking Therapy serviceand is one of the three services provided by West London NHS Trust. Our main base is in the heart of Hammersmith near the vibrant market of Lyric Square.

We have an excellent track record of successfully supporting our CBT trainees through their training and preparing them for life after. We have also retained many of our trainees who have completed the training. Our superb client in the Property Damage Restoration sector is seeking a number of Trainee Restoration Technicians owing to business growth. Working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm covering London and the South of the UK. It is essential that you have a full UK manual driving licence (no more than 6 points on licence) and your own transport to be considered for the role.

As a Trainee Restoration Technician, you will be involved in the restoration of commercial and some residential properties following events such as fire or flooding. You will be responsible for stripping out properties of their fixtures and fittings following water / fire damage, setting up equipment to begin and complete the drying out process so that the property can be restored back to full use. You will upload project reports and updates to company claims management system. You will attend team meetings and will be required to travel extensively and stay away from home regularly during the week and when required in fully expensed accommodation with a meal allowance.

To be considered for the role of Trainee Restoration Technician , you will have previous experience in a similar damage restoration or construction labouring position where you have worked extensive with building materials, you will have manual dexterity, pc literate and a good level of general education. You will have excellent communication skills along with empathy and customer service skills. You must be able to work away from home on a regular basis and sometimes at short notice.

For the role of Trainee Restoration Technician, our client is offering a starting salary £25,000 with overtime over 40 hours, company vehicle, laptop, mobile phone, 25 days paid annual leave, plus statutory holidays, pension, life assurance after probationary period, social events, career training and progression.

Our client is seeking a Trainee Fire & Flood Restoration Technician to join them on a full-time permanent basis working 39 hours per week Monday to Friday starting on site at 8.00am with the chance to work paid overtime during busy periods throughout the year. It is essential that you hold a full manual driving licence (no more than 6 points on licence) to be considered for this position and also live in the North West London postcode area.

As a Trainee Fire & Flood Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for stripping out fixtures and fittings from residential properties following floods and fires, setting up drying equipment, heat pads etc, collecting equipment. In this role you will be fully trained to become a Fire & Flood Restoration Technician, will undergo on the job training, and will undertake relevant courses and certifications to compliment your job.

As Trainee Fire & Flood Restoration Technician, you will have come from some form of builder / labourer / construction type role where you have worked with building materials. Consideration will also be given to applicants with strong customer facing skills, installations of equipment, removals, or similar. It is essential that you have a full clean driving licence and are happy to travel across the whole of the 'Nort West' postcode in London areas to customer properties to undertake your work.

In return you will receive a starting salary of £27,000 which will progress with length of service, + £2,000 allowance, accreditations, training etc. You will also have your own works van, 25 days paid holiday plus statutory holidays, pension, career development and much, much more.
