About the Role


Internal Audit is at the heart of supporting organisations to help mitigate their key risks, through timely assurance provided in innovative ways.


You will support the Senior Auditor review services to provide an opinion on the effectiveness of the control framework and risk mitigations in to areas to a range of stakeholders including senior management and councillors.


You will spend 20% of your working hours gaining skills and knowledge to work towards the Level 4 Internal Audit Practitioner Apprenticeship.


This is a hybrid role with some office working as required

The Trainee Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioner posts are training positions. Progression into a permanent contract is subject to passing the course. Successful candidates will be expected to travel to Derby University to complete their one year training, commencing but the position will be based in Nottingham City/County. This post is for a Trainee Internal Auditor. The post holder will be supported through an agreed training programme. The post holder will work towards meeting the requirements of this Band 6 Audit Principal job description and person specification. The post holder will be supported in their professional studies with financial and study support for an approved qualification. Upon appointment, a specific three-year training programme will be agreed.

The post holder will be contracted on Annex 21 of Agenda for Change and will be required to:



• Undertake and manage an individual, long-term programme of professional training and pass exams in accordance with the professional training schedule set out by 360 Assurance.

• Develop competencies in line with the requirements of all aspects of this job description.

• Represent 360 Assurance and NHS in a professional manner.

• Adhere to policies, procedures, guidance and relevant professional standards at all times.

• Engage with and work with 360 Assurance colleagues to deliver and present quality internal audit and consultancy work to clients.

TRAINEE MACHINE SETTER

A well-established manufacturing company are looking for a Trainee Machine Setter to join their team in Nottingham. The role will involve assisting and supporting the machine setters.

Duties will include:
• Being trained up to set and run a variety of different machinery
• Assisting and supporting skilled machinists
• Measuring components using measurement equipment
• Adjusting and replacing tooling when required

All you need to be considered is:
• Previous machining experience
• Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
• Basic mechanical skills
• Ability to work within a team
• Be computer literate
• Keen to progress and develop within the industry

Package Offered:
Permanent position
Days & Night Shift (2 weeks every 6 weeks)
Days: 8.00am – 4.30pm Monday - Thursday, Friday 8.00am – 1.30pm
Nights: Monday - Wednesday 6.00pm – 6.00am, Thursday 6.00pm – 1.00am
