Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Experience: Background in psychology, either professionally, personally, or through volunteering, with experience in working with children or disabilities preferred.

- Skills: Ability to handle challenging behaviour and provide personal care with empathy and calmness under pressure.
Training and Development:
