• Utilize online platforms (eg. Job Portals, Telegram, LinkedIn etc.) & database in sourcing of profiles, conduct pre-screening and recommending candidates to suitable openings based on their interests, preferences and skill sets
• Support the liason and arrangement of interview process between candidates and hiring companies
• Support the team in the job offer process and provide onboarding and administrative support to candidates to ensure a positive working experience
• Any other admin and ad-hoc assignments

About the Job

As our Affiliate and Partnerships Intern, you will be able to learn and support our global affiliate program at Supernova focused on achieving revenue goals, providing strategic rationale, and analyzing the landscape.
