Intern 1:

Support team in various tasks relating to the projects, including but not limited to:

• Support with vetting through the engagement findings report, Impact Measurement Playbook and Training Curriculum
• Project management for various engagement sessions, survey for the workshops and deep dive sessions
• Support the coordinating of charities and partners/champions
• Support the review and validation sessions hosted by the Empact
• General operational support for virtual/physical events and meetings, including notetaking, timekeeping, attendance taking, calendaring, etc.

Intern 2:

Support team in various tasks relating to the projects, including but not limited to:

• Assist in creating and updating guides and resources for kickstarting and sustaining giving circles
• Support the setup of new giving circles in collaboration with charity partners, corporates, and individuals
• Project management support for various giving circle training sessions
• Creation of giving circle publicity materials on marketing channels such as LinkedIn, EDM (electronic direct mailers), web, and editorial/articles
• General operational support for virtual/physical events and meetings, including notetaking, timekeeping, attendance taking, calendaring, etc.
